I didn't give it all one star for two reasons. First, the rooftop has a place to dry clothes, which is a nice touch; second, the chef was quite friendly during my last lunch. Also, I encountered a guest in the next room asking the landlady for bottled water, but she refused, saying that besides the two complimentary bottles in the room, additional bottles would require payment… Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first one I've encountered, and I can't argue with that.
