"This guesthouse changed my mindset from only staying in hotels. It was very clean and tidy, and the owners were incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage. We hung our clothes out to dry in their yard at night, and the next day, when it rained, the landlady helped us bring them in, and then helped us hang them out again when the sun came out. (The yard also had a lovely swing.) The food in their small restaurant downstairs was delicious; we ate there both nights. The owners even provided free clothing, which looked amazing for taking photos in Pingshan. When we left, they gave me a big bag of peaches they had picked themselves—crisp, sweet, and delicious!
