Mountain view Hotels in Dengfeng

We arrived at Songshan in the evening and wanted to rest in the hotel before climbing Songshan at night. The boss came out to pick me up late at night and even took me to the foot of the mountain! ! ! After the climb in the morning, they took me back to the hotel, which was really awesome! ! The lady boss came into the hotel and said ”treat this place like home” and I burst into tears Another small tip is, remember to turn on the water heater before going ~ otherwise you may not be able to take a warm bath in time hahaha

I have to say, this is the best value-for-money guesthouse I've stayed in all year. The owner upgraded us to a suite for free, which was like two rooms combined. The view was expansive, and you could see continuous mountain ranges from the window. The owner was really nice. My child wanted barbecue at night, and the owner enthusiastically recommended a place that was only a few minutes away by taxi. The restaurant was packed. My child and I ordered a few barbecue dishes, and we couldn't even finish them all. The next day, we were planning to go to Shaolin Temple and then Kaifeng. The owner even helped us arrange transportation and inquire about prices, showing great consideration for us. The guesthouse also provided breakfast, delivered promptly at the agreed time. It had a good balance of meat and vegetables, and tasted delicious. I'm very grateful to 'You Lu Guesthouse' and hope to visit again if I have the chance.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this homestay in Dengfeng. It was the highlight of our trip to the Shaolin Temple area! The Room: The room was incredibly spacious—way bigger than we expected! And it was very, very clean. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. The Location: Absolutely fabulous. We were close to all the main sights, including the Shaolin Temple and Mount Song. It made getting around so easy, and there were great local restaurants just steps away. The Staff (The REAL Highlight): The staff were super, super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. But one moment truly touched our hearts. We were running late for breakfast and arrived just as they were about to clear everything. Even though there was still plenty of food left, we only ate a little because we felt bad keeping them waiting, and we quickly headed out. Just as we were about to leave, the owner came running after us with two packs of milk in her hands. She said, ”You didn't eat much breakfast, so please take this milk before you go.” It honestly melted our hearts. That small, thoughtful gesture showed just how much she truly cares about her guests. Final Verdict: If you're visiting Dengfeng, do yourself a favor and stay here. Spacious, spotless, perfectly located, and run by the warmest, most generous people. We will definitely be back!

Hotel location is good, not far from the high-speed exit, more than ten kilometers from Shaolin Temple Scenic Area, you can see Lushan from the window. The room is floor heating and very warm. There are paper and pens to practice calligraphy in the room. There are two popular restaurants around. The front desk service is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the space feels a little cramped. Breakfast is full and parking is convenient.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the price was reasonable during the May Day holiday. The breakfast was plentiful, and parking was easy. The underground parking lot even has charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric vehicles. The only downside is that the mobile signal in the underground garage isn't very good! They offer free coffee from the coffee machine on the first floor, which I highly recommend!

After visiting several cities in Henan, this is the best value-for-money hotel. It's a listed 5-star property, and they proactively communicate with guests about their accommodation needs. The hotel has a restaurant that caters to all three meals, and the food is quite delicious. The rooms are spacious and come with an independent balcony, offering a beautiful night view. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was great. The stuff is very helpful, even if they didn't know English at all.. Restaurant was good, ate there most of my evenings. Very clean. Great gym! Only thing is the pool didn't work which for my was a surprise because this was one of my reasons booking this hotel. Will come back if I'm in the area again.

The hotel is very clean and elegant, our room was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The bed was very big and comfortable. Healthy breakfast served in the room at preferred time. The staff is friendly and polite, we even tried the spa service and it was very pleasant. Close to all the main attractions, it’s a good deal for its price. Accept foreigners

Excellent location and service. Also found a cute farmer's restaurant nearby, and it's surrounded by Wushu schools, so you can sometimes hear the rigorous training! Very cool :)

Very familial guesthouse as close as it can be from Shaolin Monastery. The owners cook good food and can drive you everywhere for a price. The wife is a guide, so she's very resourceful about what to see and do in the area. The husband's brother is a Shaolin monk so you can speak about kung-fu with him. We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning as I had booked a room with a mountain view and the one prepared had no window to the outside but I was able to change rooms. With their help I was able to hike everywher on the beautiful mountains around as I was less interested in kung-fu than the scenery.
