This was followed by the front desk's warm greeting, which felt truly refreshing. They politely asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my room. After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency. Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting. Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. Coupled with a medium-firm mattress that softly enveloped my body while still providing support, both my mind and body completely relaxed. The experience was truly excellent! I really like this hotel and highly recommend everyone try it.

Located in the hinterland of Qinling Mountains, it is quiet enough to hear the joy of birds. Open the balcony door early in the morning and you can feel the beauty of the mountains and forests. The whole hotel is very clean and the service is very good. The breakfast in the morning is self-fried side dishes, fermented bean curd and porridge. Simple but clean. If you come to Qinling next time, you will choose. Suitable for quietly enjoying the mountain and forest life.

And there are no children's slippers and toothbrushes, it is recommended to improve! The purified water machine in the room is very good, this must be praised! The elevator is not very good, it may be because of the crowd. There are a lot of people for breakfast, and the seats are not very easy to find! Hygiene: Good health. The whole room is clean and has no smell! Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, the river view room is booked, so you can see the river downstairs! Service: The service is very good!

We like the middle-aged couple want to escape the city on weekends.. The best choice.. The house is surrounded by mountains and various flowers planted by ourselves.. There is a suspension bridge in front of the door.. It's really comfortable.

Check in was straight forward. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shower/beds very good. There's a tourist area 500 meter away with plenty of restaurants and shops. So if you consider a place outside downtown, this is the place to pick. Will consider comimg again, especially for the room and good bed.

Overall, a great experience. The hotel is in a good location, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was quiet with excellent soundproofing, so I slept really well. It was clean, and the service was thoughtful. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

房間很舒適，特別值得表揚的是配了一次性拖鞋和洗澡用拖鞋，非常方便。也感謝酒店方給我延長退房時間，休息很好，下午工作有精神。還有一點就是早餐非常棒，尤其是現場製造的軟餅非常好吃。（如果能增加咖啡就更棒了）

This is a guesthouse operated like a hotel. Our group of four families stayed for two days, and here's our overall impression. First, it's at least a four-hour drive from Xi'an city, with tunnels and speed limits along the way. Of course, this has its pros and cons; because of the long and difficult roads, it's very quiet and uncrowded, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The guesthouse is located halfway up a mountain, offering beautiful scenery. There's a river right in front, with crystal-clear water and a very pleasant environment, which the children loved. The guesthouse has its own café, which is friendly to coffee lovers. The rooms are quite spacious, although some rooms have tiny hot spring baths, practically nonexistent. To be honest, the cleanliness is just average; the cleaning isn't particularly thorough, so those who are particular should bring their own bedding. Regarding service, the guesthouse's capacity is limited. While the receptionist and manager clearly tried their best, it wasn't enough to provide adequate service. Many amenities were expired, including most of the bottled water, as well as drinks and beer nearing their expiration date. This was a very poor experience, making it feel like guests were using up their supplies. Also, ordering food in the restaurant was extremely cumbersome! Hopefully, this can be improved.
