"There is dust found at the corner of the bathroom and entrance, still acceptable. The breakfast is great! The staffs are all friendly and helpful! However, not sure whether is the fault and problem of other customers, weird spicy smell can be found in the corridor area at my floor, and got into my room and I had to open the window to let it out. I hope the hotel can set some rules to prohibit those kind of customers' behaviours."

"We wanted to take an icebreaker cruise in Mombetsu during the ***** New Year holiday, but all the hotels there were fully booked. Luckily, we managed to book a room at the Keidan Takigami Hotel, a 30-minute drive from the icebreaker departure point, which solved our problem. The hotel is a hot spring inn, offering both onsen (hot spring bath) services and a restaurant. We arrived by long-distance bus, and the bus stop was a bit of a walk from the hotel. We were initially planning to walk, but a kind local helped us call the hotel to arrange a pick-up. We were so grateful to her! ❤️ The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Despite the language barrier, they were incredibly patient, minimizing our communication anxiety. The hotel room was spacious, with two large beds and tatami mats. Because my family members have tattoos, it wasn't convenient to use the public bath, but thankfully, the room had a bathtub for onsen bathing, allowing us to spend a relaxing and enjoyable evening."
