★★ 9.2 (63 reviews)

"The poolside and fireplace area was neat, unfortunately on our 3rd night, they ran out of propane so we were not able to hang out outside. On the other hand, our room was well prepared on our arrival, the desk and the glass were dusty though."

📍 890 N Main St, Moab
★★★ 9.3 (118 reviews)

"The Hyatt Place Moab was a fantastic experience! 🏨 The hotel's architecture blends seamlessly with Moab's red rock landscape, creating a spacious and charming western atmosphere. The windows offer breathtaking views of the Red Rock Canyon, enhancing the ambiance. The king-size sofa bed was spacious and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy with attention to detail, and the soft bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, providing efficient check-in and offering helpful recommendations for Arches National Park routes and viewpoints. The facilities were comprehensive, with a useful gym and self-service laundry room. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious, perfectly meeting all my travel needs. As a Hyatt brand, its quality is consistently reliable, making it an excellent choice for exploring Moab's natural beauty. Highly recommended!"

Moab Springs Ranch

Moab Springs Ranch

📍 1266 N Hwy 191, Moab
★★★★ 9.8 (102 reviews)

"The room is great! Arrived very late, nine o'clock? I took the room card and saw the facade of the wooden house. I didn't feel much. I liked the moment I opened the door and the light! This is a room with kitchen, dining room and tableware. When I checked in, the air conditioner in the room was turned on. The coffee beans in the room were super fragrant! It's really a lot better than the public area! Very close to the town, five minutes drive, the breakfast room recommended by the front desk is very good, the name seems to be jack's? Our whole family felt that this was the best breakfast ever, and we had a sense of happiness."

Sorrel River Ranch Resort Hotels in Moab

Sorrel River Ranch Resort

"Sorrel River Ranch Review – to the Sorrel Management Team Misleading Advertising – Read Before Booking We recently stayed at your Sorrel River Ranch and feel compelled to provide this feedback to your management team. Please note, my wife and I have travelled extensively and have stayed at numerous true luxury resorts worldwide. Never have we felt so compelled to write a review such as this, but in the interest of future customers, we felt it necessary documented and supported with photos we took during our stay (see attached word document). Based on our experience, the resort is grossly misrepresented online and does not meet the standards of a luxury property by any reasonable definition. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the property was severely neglected and understaffed, and at times appeared to be on the verge of operational failure. Grounds & Facilities The outdoor areas were in a state of serious disrepair: • Weeds were overgrown throughout the property, including the so-called “farm-to-table” garden. • Communal lawn areas by the river were completely unusable due to weeds and chairs that had not been cleaned. • Many pathway lights were broken, damaged, or not functioning at all, creating unsafe walking conditions at night. • Trash cans along the walkways were not emptied during our entire four-day stay. • The “purified” water fountain near the tennis courts was leaking, covered in calcium buildup, had an unpleasant odor, and appeared unhygienic. • Tennis court bathrooms were locked, with weather stripping peeling off and exposed to the elements. • The central water fountain feature was turned off and filled with dirt and debris. • Tennis courts were cluttered with broken or disorganized equipment and looked as though they had not been maintained or cleaned in a long time. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable, especially for a resort marketed as “luxury”. Guest Services & Staffing The staff who were present were polite and clearly doing their best, but they were understaffed, unsupported, and visibly embarrassed by the conditions. • There were no bell staff and no luggage carts available. A front desk employee offered to help, but this should not be the guest’s responsibility. • The heating system in our room did not function properly. We called for assistance and were told someone would come immediately. No one came—after waiting 3.5 hours. We went without heat during our entire stay. • Our room had an ice bucket but no information on where to get ice. When we called the front desk, we were told ice was only available at the bar and we must bring the bucket ourselves. This is far below even basic hotel standards. Dining Experience (Severely Deficient) Dinner service was chaotic and unacceptable: • We arrived at the upstairs restaurant and were ignored for 15 minutes. • After that, and requesting an outdoor table, we were told the restaurant was short-staffed and that outside tables needed to be bussed. Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn ★★★
"A perfect base for exploring Archess and Canyonlands National Parks. The hotel is located in the heart of Moab. There's plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The breakfasts are typical American fare, something no one in Europe would eat, but for the US, they're above average."
