We received a warm welcome and were incredibly impressed with our room, which included a fully stocked minibar. The atmosphere is fantastic, the room is beautiful, and the service is top-notch. We would definitely recommend it for multiple nights if you're looking to explore Lima!"

"This is my second stay here, and I highly recommend their service. The area is safe, close to the coast and commercial districts, and it's easy to find restaurants. There's a fantastic Peruvian restaurant just a five-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is excellent; you can order specific items. I've had the fried eggs and burritos, and they were delicious. Compared to breakfasts I've had in other South American countries, the breakfast here is very friendly to Chinese palates."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Humano. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was FANTASTIC. We arrived late at night and Pia at the reception desk was very accommodating and intuitive to our needs. She even provided us with a late check out the next day, which was super helpful given our flight time. She made us feel at home. Daniela in the restaurant was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, the food was great and room was spacious and comfortable, the best we experienced during our stay in Peru."

"There was no remote control for the air conditioner in my room, so I told the front desk and they gave me one. I tried to turn the air conditioner on with the remote, but it wouldn't turn on. I told the front desk about this and went to the room with the staff to try and operate the remote. Since the air conditioner didn't work, the staff told me to wait as a repairman would be coming in an hour and a half, and then that someone else would be coming so I should wait a while. I waited for a while, but nothing was resolved, so I asked several times to change rooms, and finally they allowed me to do so."

"I usually trust Radisson, but I was disappointed this time. The room and breakfast were mediocre, and the service was terrible. Instead of helping guests solve problems, the staff constantly created trouble and tried to overcharge. The manager named Claudia, and the two front desk staff, Jhoel and Karim, were all like that. The surrounding environment was also unpleasant. It's supposed to be an affluent area, but there were many urine stains and strange smells on the streets. There were often strange people on the small wooden bridge across the street, making it feel unsafe. There are many hotels to choose from in the Miraflores area, and I will definitely never stay at this one again. I usually trust Radisson, but this time I was disappointed. The room and breakfast were average, and the service was abysmal. Instead of trying to help guests resolve their issues, the staff constantly created problems and tried to overcharge. The manager, Claudia, and the two front desk, Jhoel and Karim, were all this type of people. The neighborhood wasn't good either. It's supposedly an affluent area, but there were urine stains and a strange smell on the street. There were also some strange people on the small wooden bridge across the street, which felt unsafe. There are many hotels available in the Miraflores area, I definitely won't stay at this one again."

"Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles."
