"I think we found our new "happy place" on earth! We completely enjoyed our stay at The Relais Palazzo Del Barone. We came with another couple and stayed for a few nights between our visit between Rome and Sorrento. We were so sad when we had to leave. While we were there, we took the cooking class and we were so happy we did. We left with aprons, recipe booklets, and the new knowledge of making delicious Italian dishes! I cannot wait to try the recipes here at home! If I could give 10 stars I would. Our hope is to return someday for a longer stay! Many thanks to Fabio, Barbara, and all the staff there. It was an outstanding stay and we truly appreciated your hospitality! Tim and Marianna and friends :)"

"The hotel has beautiful scenery, the front desk reception is also very friendly, and breakfast can be packed. The room is clean and tidy, but the hotel is a bit difficult to find on the mountain road, but you should be able to call the hotel to pick up and drop off from the parking lot."

"The hotel is located away from city centre and bus is the only connecting public transport. Bus schedule in Sorrento is kinda confusing. Therefore, it is more recommended for those who drive to choose this hotel. Yet, staffs were super friendly and helpful. With the hand offered by staff, we were able to catch the last bus from Napoli to Rome. Huge thanks for that!! Apart from that, the room was spacious and cozy. Except from the remoted location, we highly recommend visitors to choose Melrose Relais."

"My family and I rented the entire Oasi Olympia Villa for the week and it was the BEST decision ever made. With a sprawling estate of 11 bedrooms, pool, sauna, restaurant on site and a tent dedicated to events and ceremonies makes the perfect designation wedding or place to hangout and relax. Located in Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula, makes the perfect location to see the Mediterranean Sea from all areas of the property. Very quick walk to the small town of sant agata for lunch or dinner. My Partner and I decided to have a small destination wedding of 22 people at the villa was the most magical experience imagined. From the grounds to the friendly staff, everything was exceptional. The onsite chef was hands down the best food we had during our vacation. With an expansive ceremony dinner menu or just eating at the restaurant for breakfast or dinner, you will always leave satisfied, but wanting more food since it was so delicious! A thousand thanks go to the staff Josie and Giovanni for helping planning our stay and ceremony. Their service was exceptional and a review can never truly explain how grateful we were. There passion and knowledge for the villa and the local towns goes father than imagined. Every step of the way the details were reviewed and taken care of. I could not thank them enough for how wonderful they were. We are already planning our next trip and will at this villa again. Thank you so much for the best experience of a lifetime!!"

"The place is very unique and has many good features - lemons, hills, chickens, garden, etc. The highlight is the pure serenity of place- we could hear the birds, look at the sea and hills around from our balcony. The food was very tasty. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating in all aspects. My partner is vegetarian and they were very kind to accomodate her last minute request. We will definitely come for longer stay in future."

"This place was a great spot for a family vacation. The cabins a well set up with 2 rooms and a functioning kitchenette. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and there was enough space for us all. We really appreciated the restaurant that is reasonably priced. The staff were super helpful. The mini market is really well stocked and very fair prices. The beach is easy to get to, but water shoes are a must! I wish the cabins had mosquito nets on the windows, as we had to sleep with the windows closed. The pool was under renovation when we were there but it will be amazing when it is finished. Our main stress was the lack of Electric vehicle charging options. Most hotels in Sorento have them on their private property and they are for guests only. I wish Nettuno would install a fee for use charging station in their car park."

"Booked through Jet2 Holidays we picked this hotel as it was a quieter resort than Sorrento. The hotel has 2 blocks and I was staying in the block across from the main hotel. The rooms have the most stunning views of the coastline and Bay of Naples. The staff make the hotel. They are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I was on half board and on the nights I wasn’t in the hotel a packed lunch was freshly prepared and was plentiful. The resort itself is quiet, it is situated between the marina and the main town of Massa and the paths / roads are quite steep."

"My wife and I just returned from a three night stay at this wonderful hotel. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with just eight rooms set in a town of 4,000 residents, away from the high activity of nearby areas but close enough to access those by taxi. The garden and pool area are quiet, tranquil and wonderfully manicured. While their we also dined at their Michelin starred restaurant. If you want five star treatment while also feeling like you are visiting family this is the place for you. From the moment we arrived the care and warmth received was remarkable. They truly want you to relax and enjoy your holiday (as an example, after checking us in they suggested we relax by the pool rather than walk the town). Moreover, they want to attend to anything you might need, whether it be a drink, a dinner recommendation or a taxi. The accommodations and grounds are what you would expect from a five star resort: spacious, classy, comfortable, well appointed, and luxurious. There is no detail missed. What far exceeded our expectations was the service received from the employees and family (who spend time living at the property and seem ever present). Every single employee we encountered was a true professional who showed immense pride, enthusiasm and detail in providing hospitality and service. You will see the same faces over you stay and will grow accustomed to their warm greetings, which feel like the greetings of friends. From breakfast to the pool, to lunch and the front desk, you will grow accustomed to their smiling faces and helpful demeanor. As for the front desk, employees like Silvia and Guisy were excellent in every way. And Fortunato, an employee of Don Alfonso of almost 30 years, is the heartbeat of Don Alfonso and a gem in every way. He truly sees to it that every guest has an experience to remember. We dined at Don Alfonso on our last night and enjoyed their tasting menu. The creativity, flavors and presentation were fantastic. The sommelier picked the perfect wines to accompany our meal. The service didn't miss a beat. The meal lasted three hours! And of course, much of the family of Don Alfonso came to the table to make sure everything was to our liking. Our only regret is that we did not stay more than three nights. But, our experience was such that we left talking about when we would be back, which is the best endorsement we could give!"

"My wife and I had an abroad wedding in Sorrento and we stayed at the Hotel Delle Palme in Sant’Agata along with the majority of our guests. The hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for - the rooms were spacious and clean, the bar and restaurant areas for breakfast and dinner were ideal and the pool area was incredible. The biggest enjoyment we had during our trip though was our interaction with the staff - they were unbelievable, so very attentive to all of our guests, helpful, fun and personable - they really made our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Hotel Delle Palme to anyone we speak to."

If you want to have a break from the busy this is the place for you. There is a beautiful pool and exploring to be had on and off of the property. "Simple design with a 100% clean room and 5-star service. We enjoyed a Michelin dinner at Relias Blu at a reasonable price; it was very good. Morning breakfast is excellent with a stunning sea view. I have a free parking spot, and the staff respond quickly at all times via room service and reception. The location is 22 minutes from Sorrento; a familiar driver is recommended due to hill roads, and all Italian drivers seem to be F1 experts. The infinity swimming pool isn’t very large but is perfect, with a poolside bar. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away and closes at 8pm The housekeeper keeps our room clean and repaired everything that was broken while we were out. Really appreciate it. There are only 40 guests when the house is full, making it ideal for relaxing and recharging."
