"The location is perfect, and the service impeccable. Our room was spacious with a good bathroom. We also had a spectacular view. But, that spectacular view meant that there was a bit of a problem when the bar across the street refused to shut off the live music when they were supposed to do. (We were still jet-lagged, and wanted to get to sleep early.) The manager handled it all perfectly."

"Our family in Marsala recommended the Best Western Hotel Stella d'Italia to us on our visit. At the last minute, we called and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We were totally surprised how beautiful this hotel is, its marble staircases, beautiful art work & fast elevators. We had the king room. It was a very clean, comfortable, large room with a partial view of the square. The bed & pillows were great! The bathroom is modern and large. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we ever had, they even had fresh cannoli's every morning, fresh hot foods, cold cuts and everything you can imagine. The breakfast room is bright and airy & the staff was very polite. The reception staff was helpful, offering assistances for us around Marsala. The hotel is right next to the square, which made it very quiet, and yet close to all the beauty of the Marsala square; restaurants, shoppes and the most beautiful cathedral. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again."

"We wanted to come to sicliy for ages and we could not have picked a better place.... warm pleasant breeze off the sea making the 30 degree heat pleasant and not over bearing, beautiful Sunsets, the staff were wonderful, so warm and friendly and amazing with our children... we stayed for 7 nights and only ventured out on 2 day trips because we loved the vibe of the place so much... with outdoor cooking facilities for an al fresco dinner and local shops selling amazing ingredients (and wine) a bike ride away through vineyards and olive groves.... they have a fleet of bikes you can use at no extra cost, not to mention paddles boards and conoes... everything was as clean as a whistle with fresh linen and the likes being changed daily... Great experience....thank you Roberto and your team we will certainly be visiting you guys in the future 😀 😊 👍"
