Simply wonderful - ideal location to explore the historic centre; marvellous flags and location; helpful and informative owners; the ideal place to stop over in this home to the sweet wine; clean efficient and well priced. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent location for exploring the city centre shops and restaurants. Rustic room with kitchen and balcony to rear for privacy. Excellent breakfast served personally by host. Very friendly family atmosphere as well as privacy when required. It was like having your own apartment in Sicily. Good air con in room big bathroom.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Nulla corrisponde a quanto dichiarato nella descrizione. Forse saremo stati sfortunati per l'aria condizionata guasta proprio nelle camere migliori... Siamo finiti in una piccola stanza in mansarda con mobili rimediati. Ma ciò non ha comportato alcuno sconto sul prezzo! Il resto degli ambienti trasandato, poco pulito, con slalom tra i mastelli dei rifiuti sulle scale, pulizia in camera non prevista ma neanche altrove! Arredamento rimediato con accozzaglia di oggetti e suppellettili di "risulta". Al minimo indispensabile la colazione, anche con prodotti confezionati da discount, servita in un terrazzino in un cavedio interno. Nessuna accoglienza col famoso Marsala della botte di famiglia. Non abbiamo visto nulla del famoso palazzo storico tanto decantato , almeno per la colazione si sarebbe potuto pensare a un luogo più bello del palazzo! Unica nota positiva la posizione centralissima. Direi che il costo, anche usufruendo dello sconto, non è proporzionato ai servizi offerti.

Siamo arrivati entusiasti dalle recensioni e dai servizi letti su booking. Leggete e dimenticate! Niente cucina,confinati in un'ala del beb che sembrava la casa degli orrori! Energia elettrica che salta di continuo e di sera soprattutto è impossibile farsi una doccia e prepararsi in meno di 2 ore. Abbiamo lasciato il condizionatore acceso a temperatura bassa durante il giorno quando eravamo fuori per trovare fresco quando rientravano... Ma come per magia tutti i condizionatori sintonizzati sul 28. Quindi, in barba a tutte le leggi sulla privacy, si entrava in stanza, (chiusa a chiave ci tengo a precisare) per ripristinare la temperatura per evitare l'eccessivo Consumo. Su richiesta ci è stata rifatta la camera 2 volte e c'è stato il cambio degli asciugamani. Ci tengo a precisare che in due bagni non c'è il bidet, e che una stanza in realtà è un soggiorno improvvisato in stanza, con divano letto e credenze, senza armadio! Non ci ritornerei neanche se fosse gratis.
