"I've never felt more comfortable and more cared for anywhere. The staff are an absolute credit and when they waved us off we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. The location is perfect straight across from the beach. We had bed and breakfast and the food was lovely. My friend who is Vegan was delighted to see all food clearly labelled. There was dairy free milk and lots of choices for her. Our air conditioned room meant we slept like logs."

The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is quite nice, the service is excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. It's great value for money. I unexpectedly celebrated my birthday at the hotel on the day I checked in. Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

"Have just got back from a 10 day solo holiday hete. Couldn't fault this trip from start to finish. Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Very clean, food and drinks were excellent with a great selection of Greek dishes, salads and desserts. Great snack selection daily. Staff were all helpful and friendly, bar staff make amazing cocktails. WiFi worked well all over the hotel, and could even stream Netflix at night and videochat home. Room, I had a side sea view, Room 231 which was lovely and modern. Bathroom not huge but plenty big enough for 1 person to use. I had a welcome fruit and wine basket on arrival and had more wine during week and water was replenished daily. Hairdryer and coffee maker in room and also kettle. Local area has lots of tavernas, bars and shops all within a couple of hundred yards. This is perfect hotel for anyone with mobility issues. Right on beach and beach is a sandy very clean beach. Amazing holiday, cannot recommend this hotel enough, was very sad to leave."

"Very clean, spacious kitchen with enough of refrigerator space, no phone/personal item organization shelf or hanging closets around the bed space. Within walking distance to nearby beach and old town of Chania. The first three days I was bothered by the street noises, which is unavoidable being in the city at times unless the sounds proof is well installed, otherwise it is a great place as a base to explore around."
