陽台就能看到海了，午後陽光灑下來，真的很舒服。
民宿所有東西都配齊了，民宿主人也非常的友善，給出了特別多實用的建議，而且回覆速度光速，是非常有利的保障。
我們住了六天，位置位於一個鎮上，看着基本都是當地人，很安靜很舒服。
離老城坐公車半個小時的距離。 淡季公交比較不方便，建議租車。 是個很適合度假的地方，外賣，咖啡館，餐廳，超市都在附近，最近的海灘走路30分鐘左右能到達。

房間寬敞乾淨，設施很完善很新，可以看見海景，附近有超市，有非常舒適的沙灘，還有能看見甘尼亞全貌的觀景點，廚房用具齊全，特別適合家庭度假多住幾日。服務周到熱情。

하니아에서 묵을 숙소라면 이곳으로 오면 좋습니다! 하니아 시내에서 차로 10분 거리고, 주변에 대형마트도 많으며 시내와 거리가 좀 있어서 조용하고 편히 쉬기 좋습니다.
하니아, 이라클리온 시내 둘 다 주차하기가 너무 어려워서 스트레스 받는데... 주차 스트레스는 서울에서만으로 족합니다 😭 그래서 주차도 편하게 되고, 무료인 이곳이 좋고,
모든 숙소를 가보진 않았지만 제가 가본 그리스 숙소의 대부분이 오래되고 시설이 그렇게 좋다고 느끼지 못했습니다.
여기는 최신식 시설에 인테리어 조명까지 신경 많이써서 한것이 느껴졌습니다.
그리고 호스트의 친절하고 빠른 응대 또한 좋습니다. 체크인 하기 전부터 체크인 하는 방법, 주변 편의 시설 등등에 관한 정보를 보내주고, 궁금한 사항에 대한 답변도 굉장히 빠릅니다!
그리고 굉장히 합리적인 가격이라고 생각합니다.

Absolutely fantastic stay. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by Pantelis & Katerina. They were so friendly. The apartment and facilities are 5*. Every where was so clean, the beds were so comfy. Great value for money. Pantelis was so kind to allow us late check out also. We would definitely recommend Heliades Residence & would 100% return.

The balcony had a direct view of the sea, and the afternoon sunlight made it incredibly comfortable. The hotel was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was very friendly, providing lots of useful recommendations. Their response time was lightning-fast, which was a great advantage. We stayed for six days in a small town where most of the residents seemed to be locals. It was peaceful and very relaxing. The old town was about a 30-minute bus ride away. Public transportation is less convenient during the off-season, so renting a car is recommended. It’s a perfect place for a vacation, with food delivery, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets all nearby. The nearest beach is about a 30-minute walk away.

New and quiet spacious studio with great bed. excellent service from the staff and a nice pool. The apartment is located near a small but cozy beach and close to a nice wine bar and several restaurants. You can make nice excursions in the area and walk the city of Chania with nice shops and fine restaurants and good bars is nearby.
