I was skeptical to book due to the reviews I was reading but after taking a change I was happy with my choice. The staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating and the rooms were very clean. I spoke to the new manager and he was very friendly. Not to mention they have a great selection for breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our flight got delayed a day on a return flight and we were forced to find a hotel close by. They worked us in and let us arrive at 8:30 a.m. from the airport. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable. They offered us the complimentary breakfast when we arrived as well. We slept better at this hotel than we did at a much more expensive hotel in the French quarter. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had a shuttle to the airport for the next morning as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this stay.

1. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening. The hotel is close to New Orleans Airport. It can be reached within 10 minutes by taxi. The taxi has passed 16 knives (American taxi is expensive). The hotel can also be used inside. The hotel is scheduled to be a large suite. . 2, the hotel does not have toothbrush / toothpaste / shampoo / shower gel, you have to bring. 3. Ctrip is required to pay the deposit at the front desk. 4. There is a similar domestic industrial park near the hotel. 5, the United States hotel rooms are not provided with hot water for boiling water, hot water to go to the front desk. 6, the hotel provides breakfast, breakfast is OK.

Clean and tidy, the house is very good, the key is particularly big! I have never lived in such a big hotel. Microwave refrigerator gym. Close to the airport, there is a drop-off bus. Check-in was smooth and will come again.

Good location, near the airport, there is a free bus to the airport. There is also a rental fee of 35USD from the city centre. The rooms are large, very clean, rich in breakfast, fruit, fresh milk, bacon, etc. The hotel staff is great and the quality is much better than the average American hotel.
