Cleanest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Good size TV,big room AND a Full size refrigerator! The staff was very attentive and the room cleaned daily. I travel for work for months at a time. I was pleasantly surprised and will absolutely stay again.

Contrary to other reviews, this location is at least 30 mins / 25+ miles away from key locations. Other units terribly loud but I did not fear for my life nor did my car suffer any damage.
Room smelled terribly of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns all over. Had to administer copious amounts of Febreeze.
Pillowcases and towels had numerous stains. Exchanged for ones with fewer stains. Got a pillow from Walmart to use.
Booked later and thus could not cancel reservation. Dont book your room via ********** unless you can inspect it prior to 630P of your first night. Our accidental reservation at the wrong location could not be changed.
Cleaning service showed up once during 4 night stay. Had to ask for toilet paper as it was not provided by cleaning service.
Loads of bugs as unit was on first floor and door threshold and jambs not flush. Fortunately no bed bugs.
This location needs serious work. Bring sanitary items, your own towels / pillows, Febreeze, and extra toilet paper if you plan on staying.

Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and clean. Would probably stay here again due to its relatively closeness to NOLA.

One of the 20 motels we stayed at during a cross-country road trip, and one of the best. The owners were very friendly, responsive, and really cared about the property. We chose it because it was pet-friendly and drive-up, and close to NOLA, but it turned out to be super-clean, comfortable, and quiet (except for the train, which was no big deal). We ended up staying two nights because of car issues. We'd definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.
