"Beware when booking this accommodation if you are arriving late or if flight or ferry delays are a possibility. We booked this accommodation in September 2024 and informed them in advance that we would be arriving after the official check-in time (10 pm). The owner asked if we agreed to pay €12 for each hour of late arrival. We gladly agreed, of course. Unfortunately, our flight was then suddenly delayed by 3.5 hours. We immediately informed the accommodation. Suddenly, the previously friendly email correspondence from the owner became very rude, and she instructed us to spend the night somewhere near the airport and then come a day later. Shortly thereafter, she even canceled our booking completely, and we arrived in Palma de Mallorca at 1:30 am without accommodation. We had to find more expensive accommodation and experienced a great deal of inconvenience as a result."

"We felt very comfortable in the newly opened hotel. The tasteful and minimalist decor was a mixture of modern designer furniture and traditional interiors. The room on the ground floor was quiet and met all the necessary modern standards. There were two large, beautiful drinking bottles in the fridge, which you could refill yourself in the foyer. In the bathroom there were Rituals products and feel-good bath towels. From the breakfast room you had a beautiful view of the small pool. There was no buffet for breakfast, but it was served: every day there were various crispy baked breads with tomato spread and breakfast options prepared with a lot of love on the plate with avocado and eggs, plus two large croissants or Danish pastries, fresh orange juice and a wonderful cappuccino. The rooms and the main door to the hotel could be easily opened with a code. The manager and the service staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Super-fast WiFi. Parking spaces nearby."

"Hotel has a lot of character, rooms are large, spacious, and very clean. Also with a cute terraces / balconies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus: Pleasant smell throughout the entire hotel. The only negative detail - water in the pool could be a little cleaner."

"The best hotel ever, the scenery was amazing. Sent an email to the hotel mentioning we were celebrating our anniversary, opened the room seeing a complimentary bottle of champagne. The room was spacious and clean, even had this LED light controller which my boyfriend really enjoyed playing with😅 also has basically everything kitchen equipment / utensils you’ll ever need for cooking. one super minor thing if I rly had to complain is the sink was so tiny that water spills everywhere every time after doing the dishes. Other than that basically everything was perfect. 100% gonna recommend this hotel to everyone."

One thing that could be improved is the mattresses and pillows. They aren't comfortable enough. Otherwise, this is a hotel I'd definitely stay at again."

"We had two rooms, not next to each other, in the separate (VERY far) set of rooms. They had tiny terraces overlooking the horrible little pool. Both rooms had someone walk in and say 'oh, wrong room'. This was not a wrong room, this was someone walking into each room looking to steal, hoping guests were out by the pool. The hotel did not care, and acted as if they had never heard this before. Second night....same thing!"

Buffet breakfast, very welcoming staff, super comfortable room with views, and a pool/terraces perfect for enjoying the wonderful surroundings. We were even able to enjoy a fantastic breakfast on the terrace in the middle of March."
