it was such a nice short stay

We just booked this for a weekend break. The rooms are very modern. Safe is free and had to pay hotel tax but wasnt much. Have pool towels in your room. So didn't need to take ours. Pool areas are beautiful. Overlooking a massive lake. Just pure bliss laying on a sun lounger with a cocktail which are 7 euros. Beach is just down the road. Turquoise sea and white sands. Thought I was in Barbados. Will definitely be going back to thus hotel for a week. Didnt eat in hotel as lots of restaurants near by Thank you bamboo hotel x

This hotel was excellent. Rooms were modern spotless maybe a tad on small side we had a lovely wraparound balcony which had lovely views of the lake also the sea I cannot fault the staff from reception to waiting staff housekeeping all staff always happy and very helpful Was a very relaxing time facilities great Didn’t use gym so can’t comment The breakfast superb loads of choice and good quality Ate from food truck Was also lovely Close to beach Pools good All in all a fabulous 5 night stay

Having just returned from a solo trip to Mallorca (staying at the THB Bamboo) for a week, I feel compelled to let you all know how great this hotel is. It was somewhat daunting travelling alone for the first time, but I could not have chosen a better place to stay... Aside from the beautiful location, the cleanliness and the overall positive atmosphere, it's the staff that made this stay special. They were, every single one of them, friendly, helpful, efficient and unfailingly indulgent of my fledgling attempts to speak Spanish with them. They left me feeling far more positive that I might be able to hold an actual conversation in Spanish with some (a lot...) more practice! I really cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you in particular to the two receptionists who managed to unweave the tangled web that was organising my transfer back to the airport - I'd probably still be going round in circles if it wasn't for your help. If you're looking for a peaceful, chilled out, modern place to stay in a beautiful part of the world, you could certainly do a lot worse than this hotel. I would happily stay again and was certainly very sorry to have to leave. Thanks for a great stay. David (uno, cero, dos)

We booked for the Easter break. The hotel was immaculately maintained, and every space was clean, tidy and presented to the highest of standards. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. traveling without our children, we booked an adults only hotel, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay all the better. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Alcudia is a lovely small town, with nice places to eat and a great beach, if the pool becomes too much.

Brand new place of THB company. We really loved this adults only place. We will come back in 2024. Very nice room, very friendly staff, food was amazing. Very nice pool area, not too far from the beach, like 10 minutes walk. You can park car around hotel.

Don't doubt yourself and book it! Me and my partner were sceptical of booking given it was newly refurbished and even at one point nearly considered changing, soooo glad we didn't. Prime location, the staff are amazing. Upon arrival we were given list of recommendations for bars, day trips and restrauunts that. suited us. We got recommended to go see dolphins (best experience of our life!!!) and the hotel is an amazing base for the days that weren't so fulfilled. Staff genuinely wowed me, very kind and attentive, the two pools made a great difference so didn't have to fight for sun loungers, room cleaned to an immaculate standard and overall we had an amazing experience. Perfect for couples, and so lovely its adults only, we were so relaxed and recharged. Thanks all :)

First time travelling to Mallorca and booked everything my self instead of through an agent so a bit neverous for sure..well the good news is nothing to fear..i was astounded at Hotel Bamboo..it should be 5 star as experience was amazing.. Yes the website pictures are real and more beautiful in reality. Arrived on a 7 day trip in early october and lucky with the sun bar last 2 days of rain but that was forecasted and took a trip to Drach caves. The hotel has been completely renovated and opened in May 2023 so it has a luxurious, relaxing and modern feel to it.Everything was spotless with great care taken by all staff. I stayed in double room with pool view..room was perfect for me with rainforest shower,lots of hot water,room cleaned and fresh towels each day,the old one door for shower and toilet wasnt an issue,free safe,smart tv,tea/coffee with kettle and 2 comp beers in the fridge..small balcony outside with a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was a huge choice from full irish to all the healthy stuff..i stayed b&b so dont know what dinner was like. 2 lovely pools surrounded by loungers or bigger beds..water was cold in the hot sun which was nice..a lovely pool bar with food wagon on site which serves up tasty and well presented food. Cash,card or charge to room Theres also a well stocked gym and massage room too. Theres a lovely inside aera which does a selection of cakes and terrace facing the road for drinks until lateish. The location is 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and has a promenade walk of to the port. 45 mins at nice pace..Well worth the walk.Taxi about 8 euro one way. Plenty of bars restaurants shop etc with 30 seconds to 5 minutes pf the hotel..all the usual sports covered. I found the resort a very family orientated place,lots of couples but a good few solo travellers too and just found it ideal for a relaxing few days..would definitely go back again. Modern, clean and new hotel located a five minute walk from the beach and is on the main ***** in Alcudia Come here with a friend for a few nights, the facilities are great a lovely swimming pool new gym with new facilities and the staff are very helpful Big shout out to Manuel who was always happy to assist with and requests. I will be back
