GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for four nights in a row, and my overall experience was fantastic! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for sightseeing.
Upon check-in, we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spacious, tidy, and clean. It truly enhanced our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly patient, providing attentive service throughout. The hotel also offered a free airport pickup service, and paid transfers were available at a discounted rate, comparable to a Grab taxi, offering great value for money.
Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of fresh food. The hotel facilities were also top-notch; the gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. They even offer on-site spa services with comfortable techniques and reasonable prices, making for an excellent experience. The overall service was thoughtful and meticulous, satisfying every aspect of our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

RRay Mak Hon KitVinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points.
The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which is always a big plus for me. The highlight, however, was the view. From the higher floors, the scenery is absolutely stunning and truly elevates the experience.
Most of the facilities are located on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is beautiful and decently sized, making it a pleasant place to relax. There is also a restaurant on the same floor, though we didn’t get the chance to try it during this stay. Families will appreciate the kids’ room with activities, which is very convenient for parents. The presence of an on-site clinic for emergencies is also reassuring.
Check-in took a little longer than expected, as the hotel was quite busy at the time. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the concierge staff during check-in left us slightly put off. During check-out, we requested for our luggage to be brought down, but one staff member insisted that we personally follow him all the way up to retrieve it and then return to the lobby. While we understand that there may be procedures to follow, the manner in which it was communicated felt rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member quickly stepped in, kindly offering to bring our luggage down while we rested in the lobby. That gesture made a meaningful difference and was truly appreciated. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a gentler and more professional approach would greatly enhance the guest experience.
One additional area for improvement would be the hotel’s scent. The aroma used throughout the hotel may feel uncomfortable for some guests and comes across as rather dated. Perhaps exploring a fresher, more contemporary fragrance would better suit modern preferences.
Overall, Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views. With some refinements in service consistency and ambience, it could easily become an even more enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit smaller than I expected, and it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. However, for the price, it offers great value for money. The soundproofing is excellent; the walls are quite thick, which is perfect for light sleepers as you can barely hear the neighbors. Also, because it's a little further from the beach, the noisy music from the beach at night wasn't too noticeable in the room. This room type, though, has a large glass wall instead of windows, so if you need fresh air, you might want to reconsider. On the bright side, there weren't any strange smells in the room. The front desk staff spoke good English, so communication was smooth.

GGuest UserWe booked the 4 bedroom Villa for 7 adults and 8 children. The villa was large enough to fit us all. We did have to pay additional for 6 kids charge around 150k dong per child per day but it was worth it because it included the breakfast buffets. The resort has 4 different breakfast buffet locations which made it not so crowded and the food was very good. The staff at the resort were extra nice and polite, they provided very good service and took good care of us. The buggy service was very convenient too, it runs to the villas and in between the complexes, harbor port and harbour market. We were very happy with everything will definitely come back here. There were 3 pools, 2 private beaches at the resort was were all very nice and clean.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Whether it's a morning stroll on the sand or watching the sunset in the evening, it's absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, simply but comfortably furnished, and the balcony offered direct sea views. The staff were very welcoming; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively offered some local tips. Overall, it's perfect for guests who love beach holidays, offering both relaxation and easy access to the sea and sunshine.

JJoe SnuffyOutstanding services from the support team, from front desk, to customer relation. Great services with amenities. Facility is really clean, great water pressure, clean towel with coffee and tea in the room, great AC power enough to keep temp comfortable, comparing to all other alike hotel near by. One improvement that can be done is the signage of the elevator. We could not get to B2 parking from other elevators, except for the opposite. This caused confusion among the guest and time consuming. Even one of the employee identified thisi issues, but never been fixed. Other than that, we are happy with the services.

AAnonymous UserPhotos of the room are outdated. Probably from when it was brand new. For the price and location can't complain. But the lifts are horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes once to go down. Lifts just bypassed my floor even though the down button was pressed and lighted. For this reason alone, won't be coming back to this property again.
