Nice hotel well located near the center but still in a quiet area. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of Asian and western style food. Overall, really satisfied with my stay I would recommend it to friends and family.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!! A great, affordable place on Cat Ba Island. From what we've seen, it's hard to find something like this in Vietnam!!! Gem, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, always with a smile. From the day we booked, she contacted us to find out our arrival time and if we needed anything (she even offered transportation to pick us up from our previous hotel in Ha Long and drop us off at the door of the Napoli). She has everything ready so you can organize your trip from her ”command center”: motorbike rentals, laundry service, different tours around the island, and breakfast with various menus, all accompanied by drinks and fruit. She can also arrange transportation to your next destination... All at a good price. The rooms are just like in the photos, and the linens and towels are clean. There are basic amenities, as well as coffee, tea, and water. There's a refrigerator and hot water. If we return to Cat Ba, we'll definitely stay at the Napoli again!!

Even the hotel was well maintained and everything was quite new, the location is a bit far away (you can rent bikes on the hotel, for a very reasonable price) Since it was tet festival in Vietnam, the breakfast was limited, the woman didn’t speak English, but she was very nice!

Great hotel. We felt very good there. Location is awesome. Beds are a bit too hard, but the room is nice anyways. Breakfast is from 7-9 am which was too early for us. 😅 Bit downside. But all in all definitely would recommend the hotel.

Small but very nice hotel at center area of Cat Ba, so many restaurants around the hotel. The staffs are friendly. Good welcome drink and breakfast. The room is really nice

Strongly recommend. This hotel is best ratio price/quality on Cat Ba! Bike rental - 100k vnd/day, laundry 40k vnd/kg. Very useful booking bus directly to hotel.
