The staff service is good, from the reception to the bar and restaurant areas. My only comment would be on remodeling the rooms.

We LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville *****, always clean and friendly front desk. Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

The room was great. The bed was so comfortable . The view was beautiful. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. The food was delicious and the morning staff that served the breakfast was so friendly. The pool and the hot tub is absolutely heaven. My sister and I had a wonderful week. I would recommend this hotel over and over. Thank you Wyndham Days Inn for the most enjoyable vacation!!!

Great hotel in a great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean enough for me to stay in because I'm very picky about where I lay my head. Great very of the beach. I give it a 8/10

The location of the hotel is very good. Just downstairs is the white sand beach. It is difficult to choose a room because there are too many room types. After we selected it online, we felt that it was not ideal on site. We also chose a room facing the sea at the front desk. Of course, we had to choose another room. Add money. Hotels should do more to show tourists room options in this regard. The guy at the front desk was very patient and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail. We stayed for six consecutive days and the room was not cleaned. Of course, we didn't ask for it, so we didn't notice that they cleaned it every few days. The bed was okay, a bit soft, and the pillows were poor and messy. The bathroom is relatively small and the towels are old. There is a coffee pot in the kitchen, but it does not come with a bag of coffee, which is quite unusual. The hotel is not very big, but overall it is very warm and has complete facilities. The bar is lively, there is also beach volleyball, children's playground, heated swimming pool, SPA, etc., making it suitable for family vacations. All the staff at the hotel are very nice. There is a large supermarket about 700 meters away from the hotel. What is particularly worth mentioning is that the supermarket has a full range of alcoholic drinks at cheap prices. It only takes two or three minutes to drive to Pier Park, where you can find all kinds of delicious food and fun. There are also movie theater outlets, etc., which are super fun. In short, I still highly recommend this hotel, but since we went in the off-season, we don’t know the price in the peak season. If it was still about 150 dollars for our stay at that time, it would still be a good choice. Finally, I would like to thank the young man and young lady at the front desk. Their smiles are unforgettable to me. I will choose their home again if I have time.

Ian went above and beyond for us!! He and the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting and very courteous. We defiantly recommend staying here! Nothing was overlooked on our stay! Perfect! 🌟

This is my favorite hotel especially during the summer time because when u get a beach view room, you get to see everything around you that beautiful

What a location! Absolute beach frontage - complete with a balcony overlooking the beach with the stunning emerald water as the back drop. The room has everything we require, and was the most up-to-date room that I’ve stayed in in this price range. I would definitely stay there again, and I’d also recommend it to others.

Room was good. A little dated but with as much as we were in the room, it didnt really matter. The bathroom could use an upgrade though. Everyone that we came in contact with were very friendly.

Our first time using Trip.com Great experience- hotel was super clean, exactly as described and would stay again.
