"The price wasn't too bad and the beds were comfy. There is a need for the cleanliness to be better as the floor was dirty, shower was rusty and the bathroom on a whole needs some updating.
I would stay again though"

"It's an average hotel. It's spacious but The door knob was not working properly. The closet has an odor when opened. Has refrigerator, and hair dryer. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. The carpet is not clean."
"This was a nice hotel, I complaints. The only thing was some other guests woke me up once (but that’s not the hotel’s fault)."

Great
AAmyNktWe stayed after attending the Linkin Park concert last night and it was wonderful. We were able to check in early and it was the perfect distance from Bridgestone. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The only issue was Dierks Bentley is a bar that sounded like it was right outside my window but it is Nashville so I expected that in a way.
GGuest UserMy stay at TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great touch, making it easy to enjoy a meal or snack without having to go out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Nashville. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection to start the day. The location in Midtown was perfect—close enough to downtown for easy access but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Overall, TownePlace Suites Nashville Midtown exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.
GGuest UserThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.
