This hotel is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should have known when we arrived and there was no one to help with your bags that it was going to be a bad experience. So, I unloaded my car onto a trolley and helped my 96 year old mother onto the elevator. The room was ok, but had a bathroom so small even a small person could barely get in and close the door without moving to the side to do so. The beds were adequate, though a bit soft. We left for most of the next day and when we returned our beds had not been made. They took used towels and emptied the trash but that was all. When I inquired the next morning at the front desk I was told they only make the beds “every other day”! However, we stayed a total of 4 nights and the beds were never made the entire time! The breakfast was average. And it was the same menu every single day. One morning when we arrived there was almost no food left and no one had bothered to clean up around the area. On top of that, they charge you some fee for who knows what even though my entire booking had been paid in advance. Part of that is supposed to be refunded but “could take 7 to 10 days”. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait over 15 minutes for him to return. There was a sign stating he was off performing other duties! Perhaps he was making up our beds?? Then when I told him how disappointed I was he just stared at the computer. Did not say he was sorry or anything. All he said was,” Ok, your checkout is complete.” I know one thing…I have stayed there twice…my first time and my LAST! Worst hotel and still not inexpensive.

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

The room was about same as usual but the bath room is getting smaller. This is not the Hyatt usual.

I have stayed at this Hyatt In Brentwood five different occasions. This stay I noticed more outside mobile cameras to deter loitering or car break ins. No longer working are the ice machines on each floor, you have to get ice from the lobby. No working phones in rooms, they ask for our cell numbers to communicate. The most disappointing was I left behind my travel speaker i use when working. I called with in hours after checking out. and shocker No One in house keeping turned in the speaker. It was the size of a brick and left on the desk. So no I wouldn't recommend staying here. Apparently they have hired less than honest house keepers. I called and spoke with Chris at the front desk via phone. I asked him to let me know when it was turned in or not. He never responded back. So goodnight and good luck, find another place. Not a good vibe.

Fridge in room didn’t work. One elevator was out of service so the time it took to use the working one was so long. Breakfast was terrible. No ice machine. Outlets in room had no covers on them.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was good. The property overall was tidy and convenient. However, I discovered the hard way that my bed was infested with bed bugs when I discovered after my stay that I had developed at least seven bites on my left shoulder and arms. I informed the hotel, but I don't know if they followed up or not on this.

The room could have been cleaner. There were lots of ladybugs everywhere. The shower-head was terrible, needed an upgrade. The bathroom door couldn’t close as it hit the toilet. The toilet stuck out too far from the wall so the door hit the front not allowing it to close. The staff was just ok. I did have a charge on my bill that wasn’t mine and had to get with finance to get it removed.

Had Oat Milk...which is great but thats not enough in 2025. Didnt have ANY CAFFEINE FREE TEAS. THE staff was accomodating to my needs. Just accomodate for other dietary needs
