"First visit here for the 11 day power play event and it was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful and all restaurants food were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had, hotel was amazing for the first time stay and will stay again in the future!"

GGuest UserThis hotel in Buffalo is quite good. The room is spacious enough, the bed is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. Just remember to ask the hotel for a toothbrush and toothpaste if you need them. There are no major issues. However, they give you a breakfast voucher for $15 per person, which is basically not enough. The cheapest set meal is $13, and with tax, it will definitely go over. This part is a bit strange. Some minor details are also a bit off, like the shower door not closing properly, causing water to splash out.

GGuest UserHeat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.
