GGuest UserIt's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

GGuest UserThe hotel felt very clean and new, and it was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. There are enough parking spaces to park wherever you like. Breakfast is a typical British and American breakfast, which can fill you up. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't pay attention to put the credit card in the suitcase. I didn't let you swipe the card and let me check in first. Overall the hotel is good!

GGuest UserLocation is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good.

GGuest UserWhat an excellent hotel Circus Circus I will stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my family members. The amenities are wonderful if we need to upgrade, we can upgrade no problem at the front desk reservation was made very easily bathroom super clean water super hot beds super clean the sheets were definitely clean and changed. We stayed at the best value Inn Carson City and that was a horror film 😩🤢 for $150 👎🏼 “no bueno”, I don’t know what else to say that was just something else from another world super dirty on the walls bathroom everything so we will not stay there ever again in Carson City! But we are here at the Circus Circus in Reno and we had a blast and the arcades and kids zone Restaurants are a plus and the whole experience was an A+. The price was absolutely reasonable for the room that you get, it’s awesome!! Thank you, Circus Circus Reno 🫶🏼

CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
