The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

The hotel is very new, the room is large and the sleep is very comfortable. Although there are some hairs on the towels, it is generally clean and hygienic. I will stay here again if I come to Rochester next time.

I like the lobby close to Eastman School of music  pretty good location  and has hot water very luxurious and yummy Japanese restaurant nearby and some light snacks for free come get your money worth but no breakfast sadly 

The room is large and quiet, parking is convenient, and travel is convenient. It would be better if there were more breakfast varieties. The waiter is very enthusiastic.

The hotel rooms are clean and new. There are two electric charging posts here, which is not indicated anywhere when I booked. Having the ability to charge my car to full while staying in Rochester for the Strong Museum of Play makes this a great experience.

Very clean and nice hotel, great location in Rochester and very helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone, especially traveling with pets.

Our stay was excellent. No complaints. Friendly staff. Great breakdown bar. Prompt service if you needed towels or Kleenex for the room.

Very speechless, usually less than 100 knives in the hotel, encountered the price of the American Golf final 160. I have lived in Quality inn before and I feel okay. I didn't expect the sheets and quilts in my room to have yellow stains. Then I will take a bath for one night without undressing and the next day. Unfortunately, the bathtub did not leave hot water for 10 minutes. Good wash basin wash face out. Then spit, go out and wait for Uber. The driver clicked the navigation and turned around 2 times and didn't find the hotel. Finally, the customer came to pick it up. He said that the navigation led to the back of the hotel. Fortunately, he found me with wisdom. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the front desk service is good, I saved my luggage, and I care that my Uber did not receive the cloud.
