(Guests can fill propane tank at Mercantile just minutes away or at gas station; propane is not included.) Gorgeous views of the mountains and adjacent to Girdwood park land for the feeling that you are nestled in the woods, yet plenty of southern exposure including the entire front balcony. A long-term tenant occupies the ground floor apartment and uses the parking space on the left as you pull up to the house. Tenant has separate entrance and completely separate living area.If you are looking for nice accommodations in a beautiful location this place is perfect for your family or friends to gather. Please note, although the apartment is spacious, the limit is six guests (children under 2 yrs. old in addition to the six guests are welcome).
