My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is connected to Central Plaza which is convenient. Always have to order room service, the flavor is 10/10.

Jan 17 stayed 1 night, but I've stayed here several times over the years...Phadaeng is centrally located, about 65-70 THB taxi ride to/from the bus station...the room is nicely wood-toned, with large TV (Thai audio channels), small mini-fridge with water, and a very comfortable bed...only minor thing is there's no shower gel or shampoo provided, only 2 tiny pieces of soap...so bring your own shower gel like I do now... otherwise a great value for your money. If you're taking the Ubon City Bus from the airport, this 20-THB bus will drop you off about 100 meters from the hotel, just tell the driver (I did this only 1 time); also a short and inexpensive taxi ride from the airport.

Unfortunately there was a snafu in my reservation as they were closed for the holiday week, but they still honored my reservation and we were the only guests in the hotel, the restaurant was closed and we weren’t able to experience it, it was mentioned in a tour book I have as the place to eat in Ubon and I will return to stay here again and experience it. The hotel is a small hotel, only 8 rooms, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The most authentic Thai hotel I have visited, with a padlock and clasps to lock the door. The room was large with a comfortable bed, high ceilings, AC and a ceiling fan and a nice bathroom and shower. The courtyard is beautiful with ample tree shade, and seating areas with tables. If you have problems with stairs be cautioned that 4 of the rooms are up a flight of stairs

I had a lovely stay at Triple U Boutique Hotel in Ubon Ratchathani. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to local restaurants, cafés, and attractions around Ubon Ratchathani. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing and visiting family. Overall, I would highly recommend Triple U Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Ubon

I like the location as it’s easy to find local eateries around and there’s a convenience store right on the left. Room has white tone which is so elegant. The pink tone in the hotel decorations is also beautiful. Clean room although not new. Excellent services from Front Desk staff and engineering staff. Fast check in and super fast check out.

Beautiful location along the river and the Riverwalk. Lots of restraunts and temples. Very beautiful.

The hotel was clean and well-staffed, and it's right in the city center, within walking distance of a shopping mall and bus stop. Thank you!
