GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even offered a complimentary welcome drink at their famous ”London Inn,” an Irish-themed bar located on the ground floor, along with a one-hour free karaoke coupon. Additionally, there is also a fitness center and spa, making the location ideal for both business and family travelers. The only drawback is its slight distance from Khon Kaen University and the walking district; however, this distance provides calm and quiet after a long busy day.

GGuest UserMy first stay in the hotel was quite fantastic 😍, friendly staff, breakfast was really nice with the wonderful view from the 27th FL window and especially the view of KK from Skywalk was unbelievable. I will come back to stay here for my next trip.

GGuest UserIt was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well. The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area. The staff team are very friendly. I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserGreat location and room variety—just mind the hallway noise! We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.” The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy. There is a night market nearby. You can reach the night market in 10 minutes' walk. It is a very good location. It is close to many temples. The hotel staff are very friendly. It is a great hotel. Will stay again next time.
