We stayed in a king-sized bedroom on the 7th floor. The room was clean with two large windows, that enabled us to see a good city view. The location was excellent. It's very close to several good-tasted restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and eager to help. There're two fitness rooms and a swimming pool available. Not many guests used these facillities. The amenities were all set. The only drawback found was a little leak of water at the corner of the bathtub due to its aged ceramic tiles.

Great location, in the middle of the city, you can ho everywhere very easily. A lot of bar and club nearby but no any sound that will annoying you when you sleep in the hotel. But the room was not very sound proved, can hear some noise from the room nearby.

The hotel is worth for afford with the location is in the middle of center. But it noisy sometimes by sounds of childrens on the 1st floor. there is no items support facility as hair dry, teeth blus, foot towel. Btw is a nice choise for whom have limit budget and just find for sleep, no hot water

The room was clean. However, it would be great if they could add more trash cans and mirrors in the main room, as currently, there's only one of each in the bathroom. Getting to the hotel using Google Maps can be a little tricky, as the path leads through a market and is quite convoluted. The staff are very attentive and helpful; they even called me to let me know I had forgotten my phone charger.

The hotel is located in the middle of town. This hotel is an old hotel and not the cleanest of hotels. The compound was full of dried leaves and dusty. Even the lobby area was messy. We had problems with the room key card. Had to pay a refundable deposit of Thb 500 during checked-in. The room is comfortable and clean.

Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. Cons • Slippers unavailable during our stay. • Limited poolside seating. • Instant coffee at breakfast; espresso drinks cost extra. • Room design leaves large unused space. Overall verdict: Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center remains one of Khon Kaen’s most dependable and well-run hotels. It balances old-school Thai hospitality with modern amenities and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming stay in the heart of the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had good facilities but no extra facilities like a pool or gym. Rooms are spacious. No breakfast on site, but Khon Kaen hotel is next door and their buffet was very good with proper coffee and everything. The location is very central. Only 3 kms from the Natural History museum! Overall I was very satisfied. I want to stay there again!

Nice hotel that still has a way to go to be fully refurbished and get a modern feeling. The breakfast was very good 👍🏿 with an egg chef that makes you watch you desire out of fresh eggs. Superb location and I am looking forwards to a fully renovated hotel 

Cosy place to stay. The room was spacious for our group’s daily gathering and discussions. Only thing is that there’s no kettle in each room, only 1 shared one that has to be borrowed from the lobby
