GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel from December 20th to January 1st! Its name translates to 'sea lullaby' in Russian, and it truly lives up to it! The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which means it's quiet and peaceful. We stayed in an overwater villa with direct pool access from our room, and the kids absolutely loved being able to swim anytime! The rooms are well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel staff put in effort to keep them in good condition. Housekeeping was proactive; unlike large hotels where you often have to chase them, here they offered to clean our room themselves! Linens and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet like in bigger hotels; instead, they prepared everything to our order, and you could really taste the care in the food. The beach is across a small road from the hotel, but there's hardly any traffic, so it wasn't an issue. For us, a big plus was having the beach almost to ourselves because most of the hotel guests are from Asian countries and don't typically sunbathe much. The sand is light, and the water is crystal clear! For beach activities, you can ride horses, and sometimes there are banana boats and jet skis. If water sports aren't available but you really want them, you can arrange it at the hotel reception. You can also order drinks and food from the restaurant to the beach. The prices on the main restaurant menu are reasonable, more or less the same as cafes on the shore, which is unusual for hotel restaurants, so we often had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Regarding amenities, a 7/11 is about 20 minutes from the hotel, but we borrowed bikes from reception and got there in 5-7 minutes. By the way, they don't sell alcohol there because a high school is nearby. In an alley, there's a small local shop where you can buy beer, rum, snacks, and other small items. Cafes, massage places, and laundromats are about a 15-20 minute walk along the shore. And here's a delightful surprise for us: it was our child's birthday, and the hotel staff presented a handwritten card with well wishes, along with complimentary ice cream and flowers! Our daughter was so touched and absolutely loved it! We've never experienced anything like this in other hotels where we've celebrated birthdays. Special thanks to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. When we checked out, they even offered us free water for the road and ice cream for the kids! If you're looking for relaxation, attention to detail, and a carefree vacation, this hotel is for you! Thank you to the hotel and staff for our amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right on the beach. Room 304 has a clear view of the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is great for swimming, and the water was clean during my stay. The service and welcome were excellent. The beachfront saltwater pool is also a plus. Overall, the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. (One suggestion: the WiFi signal was a bit weak.)

GGuest UserStayed for one night and was impressed by everything! Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink of iced lemon tea and a cold towel. The lemon tea was so refreshing and delicious, I only wish I could have had more. The staff member who escorted us to our room, a lovely front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and brought us right to the door. Our luggage arrived just a moment later. On the day we checked in, there was a seminar group, and they informed us and apologized for any inconvenience right from the start. Entering the room, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool; they had turned it on in advance, which was brilliant. The room was spacious, the bed was soft with plenty of pillows, and the hot water in the shower was easy to adjust – no sudden temperature changes. Usually, when I stay elsewhere, I always bring my own hairdryer, but the one here was substantial and worked really well. We received a complimentary minibar and welcome snacks from the housekeeper. The breakfast had a great variety; the green curry and grilled pork were especially delicious. Initially, the staff mentioned that the hotel was at 100% capacity for the day, and I was a bit worried about getting a table and the breakfast offerings. However, it wasn't an issue at all. Food was constantly replenished, and there was good table turnover with staff always on standby to clear tables. Overall, I was very impressed! I would definitely come back to stay here again.

DDechoThis hotel is a solid choice for families with kids. The kids' room offers plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the kids' pool is safe and fun for younger ones to enjoy. The beach is nice, and the option for small horse rides was a hit with the kids. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for families.

First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!

YYunnengrenThis Chinese New Year marked our second visit to Hua Hin, and we chose this hotel again. The staff are really friendly, and the slogan at the hotel's breakfast restaurant is quite amusing, haha! The swimming pool is huge, we even compared it to the Marriott's – same size. The Marriott is in the city center but much more expensive, so it's really up to your budget. This time, we even spotted a lizard at the hotel, which shows how great the ecosystem is. If we come back to Hua Hin, we'll definitely consider the Sheraton again.

TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.

JJulienGreat and massive hotel, with amazing amenities and relaxing vibe. Service is top notch! Location is a bit secluded, which has pros and cons, very quiet and safe, but can be a bit difficult to travel around for other sites, or getting food that is not in the hotel. Overall, we had a great time using their pools, especially the child pool with slides!
