Very nice convenient place to stay, opposite is nice market, behind is the ferry pier. The room was nice, equipped with hot water, everything. Convenient got lift, no worried if have big luagage, downstairs lobby got moni mart. Very convenient.

The hotel is located not too far from the center, about 1 km from the night market. The location is quite convenient and there is parking available. From the outside, the hotel looks new and clean.
However, there were several issues during the stay. There was no trash bin in the bedroom (only one in the bathroom), and only one roll of tissue was provided. An extra roll was hung on the door the next day, but staff did not ask whether we wanted the room cleaned.
The bed had hair and small stains on the bedsheets, and there were even ants on the bed. My friend and I felt itchy every morning after waking up and got red rashes. We also found baby cockroaches in the bathroom. Because there was no trash bin in the bedroom, ants kept coming into the room since we had nowhere to dispose of garbage.
The elevator looks old and very small. If you take the stairs, some areas seem unfinished, which felt a bit scary.
Overall, if you are staying just for a short visit, it is still acceptable.

CBD2 was very good overall, the room was clean spacious and had a great view of the river and city. Stuff for excellent they carried our bags up to our room and answered any questions we had. This hotel was perfect for us because we had a car so it was a short, five minute drive across the river into the middle of the city where the markets and restaurants were. Price was good so I would recommend this hotel.

From here, you can walk to the Seatrans bus terminal, and soon after find yourself boarding a ferry to Koh Samui or Koh Phangan. Room: Room itself is quite good for this price and comfortable bed even though it has some smell for a few seconds. But towels are quite old and became too rough to use.

Very average hotel for the price. Rooms were big.
Air conditioning could not be switched off (can change temp) in room... had to be done by hotel.
I got many mosquito bites in breakfast/lobby area. The breakfast is brought in and heated up, which means no requests.

Good location if you don't want to take a night ferry, helpful staff. The bed is rather hard, good thing I was prepared and had my own shampoo etc, the toiletries the hotel provides are too basic. I'm quite sensitive to noise, the room was good, no sounds.
Bust station just in about 4 blocks from the hotel, you can buy a transfer ticket bus+ ferry to an island (Pangan or Samui).there's also Harmonic restaurant near the bus (coach) station, quite good.

All together it is a friendly place. What you can see: it's not very new and some of the matresses a quiet hard. View is not great, but it's close to the night Market in close to all kinds of Shops. Also to come to the river is very close by and it is very nice to go there in the evening. Also woman you can even participate in some public gymnastics near the River. For a short stay it is definitely a place worth the. money

GGuest UserThis really is a 10/10 place. My husband and my favourite place we’ve stayed, this trip to Thailand. We’ve already decided we want to come back, with friends, next time.
We wanted a place to cut our drive to Bangkok and had no idea Sarat Thani and the surrounding area had so much to offer.
Mr. Pongsak, the owner, could not be more lovely. He is so thoughtful and invested in making sure everyone who stays has the best experience and shares his knowledge of the area and all the things there are to do and see.
We drove a rented car, and found it sooooo peaceful and relaxing to be there. And so close to get to town, markets and lots of yummy foods.
We cannot wait to share this gem with friends and try the other cabins. The pond with all its fish is a gorgeous water feature too.
They opened in 2025 and are building a third cabin. They are modern and still so charming and relaxing.
Cannot wait til we can return on our next trip.
My only concern is that it is such a great spot and is going to be so popular, we will need to book well in advance next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is modern but very thin walls carry the noise from the ceiling and other rooms. Kettle and mugs provided but no coffee!! First time i have stayed In a hotel that did not have coffee in the room very strange.
The TV is very old fashioned nothing in English. Shower needed to run a long time to give hit water
What is most annoying is the balcony light which cannot be switched off so the room is filled with white artificial light even after the curtain is drawn. Doesn't make any sense.

GGuest UserI spent my last 8 nights in Thailand in the Regent Hotel as I just wanted to chillax after 2 months travelling! I loved my time there. The staff are extremely helpful and Google translate is great for communication. My room was HUGE! The Air Con was excellent (Rm304)! The bathroom had a wall separating the toilet from the shower and that was great! The electric shower was perfect. The cleaning staff work hard. The gardener is constantly on the go and keeps the outside area spotlessly clean. Well done to him. The wardrobe space was super and storeage was great also. My only complaint (and that’s for every hotel room in Thailand) is the lack of double glazing to keep out the noise from the main rosd traffic. Otherwise everything was great in the hotel Thank you.

MMICHEL @ JAPANThe room was okay.the bed was comfortable and clean. If you don't have transportation there's not much around the hotel. No seven eleven close by. Nothing else to do in walking distance. The breakfast was basic, a wrap pita 🫓 bread with your choice of filling. But the coffee ☕ was real 😁 not Nescafe. Staff were also very friendly and efficient.

BBrugginkCommunication was a bit challenging. I'd messaged them via the travel site and emailed the correct address, but it seems calling is the most reliable way to reach them. I wanted to arrange a pickup, as Bolt/Grab services in Surat Thani don't accommodate 5 people; they only cater for 4, and we also had quite a bit of luggage.
The van was supposed to meet us at Surat Thani station, but our bus dropped us off in the city center instead. This led to a dramatic 45-minute wait, during which we made several calls and sent emails. It was incredibly frustrating because our emails weren't getting through, and the staff member's English wasn't good enough to fully understand my concerns. Eventually, we were picked up, but by then, after a 6-hour journey, we were completely worn out.
Upon arrival, check-in was quick. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have balconies, but they are clean. The bed was too soft; if one person turned over, the other could feel it. However, there was a TV, so we could connect our Chromecast to watch Netflix. The pool was beautiful, and there was a designated smoking area outside. Two pillows are provided per bed, so there's no need to ask for extras. The only downside is that pool towels aren't provided, so you have to use your bath towel for the pool and then dry yourself with it again after showering. I find this unhygienic; I asked for a second set of towels, but I think this should be a standard offering. They diligently refill water bottles daily, and housekeeping is excellent – you don't even need to ask, they simply do a great job.
The hotel has a fridge stocked with drinks and beer for purchase, which allowed us to comfortably sit outside. Someone is always at the reception until late, which is reassuring.
It was very quiet, so we had the pool all to ourselves the next day too. We found the mall, and the receptionist kindly helped us locate a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. She also arranged a taxi for us to the pier for the following day. For our two-night stay, it was perfect.
We only had breakfast one morning, and it was less than we expected and not really worth the price.
All in all, this was an excellent hotel for us to unwind before catching our boat. The staff truly goes out of their way to help you wherever they can.

LLeem TanGood location, easy to find food because it's next to the hospital. There is a parking space for people to hitchhike to because there are a lot of cars in the morning. The room is ok, the bed is soft at V, the air conditioner is cool, but room 206 has a broken sink and clogged water pipe1. The rest are all good. There's also fresh coffee available.
