The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Amazing Hotel with great service. Everything was perfect. Very smooth Check in. The room was spacious and we were upgraded. When visiting Madina this hotel is the right choice.

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

Absolutely amazing experience. Clean rooms, amenities provided. Great service. We stayed at 3 hotels in Medina and were regretting not coming across this hotel earlier. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a great location which is very close to the Prophet mosque, so it’s so convenient to go easily to pray for each prayer time in the mosque. The staff are so friendly and polite, the hotel is clean and also the breakfast buffet was very delicious and have different kinds of food.

Hotel location was amazing, staff was great and very helpful. Room could be more clean though.
