"I'm satisfied. The location is great, near many attractions. It's in a small courtyard, accessible from Admiral Fokina Street. This street and the surrounding area are very touristy, and there are many restaurants on the next street. The old train station, the Orthodox Church, Victory Square, and the Military Museum are all nearby to the east. A short walk west is the bay, yacht marina, park, and amusement park. There are spectator stands overlooking the sea for watching the sunset, making it a great place for morning exercises. The atmosphere changes from morning to evening. Going up the hill offers a different view. I booked the cheapest room, and the shared bathroom was clean and tidy, with a microwave and refrigerator. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was quite rich, enough to eat from 8 to 11 am. The room cost just over 500 yuan per night, including breakfast, which is reasonable even during peak tourist season."

"The room was clean, well-lit and comfortable to stay in! The bathroom was clean, the showers are separately enclosed so it prevents a lot of ponding. Staff was also nice and helpful and assisted with the drying of clothes after we washed our laundry in the shared washing machine. They also wrote a new year card as we stayed with them over the new years! There's also access to the coffee machine and snacks throughout the day and a cozy breakfast area to relax in when needed which is appreciated. Location is very central in vladivostok and it's very convenient to walk to the main sights and restaurants in the city centre."

"Seeing that there were few reviews, I was a bit apprehensive before checking in, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Most of the guests I encountered were Russian. I think this might explain the lack of reviews on Ctrip. Both the location and the room comfort were excellent. The hotel is on the 7th and 8th floors of the building. Below is a century-old canteen and an Asian restaurant, and Supra Georgian restaurant is just two blocks away. Because the hotel is located halfway up a hill and on higher floors, the west-facing rooms offer direct views of the sea, and the east-facing rooms face the Orthodox church. However, entering and exiting the hotel requires walking up a 30-40 meter slope (it feels like a 30-degree incline), and the road in front is a one-way street. The rooms were newly renovated, very clean and tidy, and equipped with a full set of tableware, knives, cookware, an induction cooker, and a microwave, which is very convenient for those who like to cook. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly; a dark-haired lady spoke English."

"The hotel apartment is contactless. The owner's WeChat is on the door; after adding him, he'll send you the access code and all the details. Stepping inside, it immediately felt warm; there were radiators everywhere, making it very hot. The room was quite spacious, with an open kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We were a group of three; we entered ”3 people” when booking, so the room had a double bed and a tatami mat, a dining table, TV, hairdryer, iron, and very thick slippers. There were also bath towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs—all provided for three people. The room was very warm due to the many radiators. So far, the only thing I've found—which isn't really a drawback—is the lack of breakfast. Even if there were, we might not have been able to enjoy the food. For any questions, just contact the hotel management via WeChat. I took a taxi directly from the airport. It's next to the police station, so it seems quite safe, at least it appears so. There's a small church behind it, with lots of pigeons at the entrance. Next to the church is an aquarium. It's a 10-minute walk to Victory Square and only 5 minutes to the beach. I think the location is excellent. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby where you can buy everything except hot water."

"The room was quite warm, not as scary as some reviews mentioned. It was clean and hygienic. There's a small supermarket a few dozen meters ahead, and a general store a few hundred meters further on. The milk and bread were delicious. Transportation is convenient for those who like to walk. It's within a 30-minute walk to attractions, and taxis are inexpensive; 20 yuan is usually enough to get anywhere. Just be sure to have small change ready, as ride-hailing drivers here often don't give change and you might get ripped off."
