"Generally speaking, the room is large, but the details are very rough, really not luxury, the advantage is that there is valet parking, and the breakfast is also good. PS: The picture on the wall has fallen off."
"Its a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great."
"We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza."

"The Somos Hotel is a great short term stay option for those needing to get a room for the night before a cruise, or other single night stays. The staff are great; super friendly and helpful when approached. The amenities are great for the Star class of this hotel. Free coffee, filtered water, microwave, computer usage, printer usage, etc. are included. The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything in the hallway and your neighbours’ rooms. Therefore, do not expect a good night sleep. The staff are off duty from about 2am to 8am. It’s around this time teenagers start running around the place causing noise so be warned (at least this was my experience). The rooms are pretty clean and basic otherwise."
"Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area"
"Very new hotel, the room is a little smaller, not far from the beach, surrounded by Hilton hotels and several high-end apartments. Breakfast is arranged in a nearby restaurant. The supply is relatively simple. The hotel is not very convenient for parking. The only car parked at the Hilton Hotel and a shopping mall is expensive. 24 baht per 24 hours, some open parking is cheaper. But nobody was taken care of at night. Several young girls at the front desk have strong communication skills. The ferry to C Island was changed to Ceiba. Fajardo, who was not checked before, fortunately, the exchange was clear before, and almost missed the trip and praised the front desk!"
"Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors"

Great
GGuest UserSuch fantastic accommodations. All the restaurants were excellent! The location was great…we walked to Old San Juan and back twice. They kept our room clean and supplied with complimentary water and snacks—even had turn down service with sweets left on the nightstand every evening.
GGuest UserThis place has it all! The shuttle was perfect. Breakfast is tasty. The pool…perfect. The amount of things to do within walking distance…stop it. I will for sure stay here again!
GGuest UserExcellent place to stay very close to all the shops and all the different tourist attractions although we are from the island originally, we currently live in the U.S. We were very pleased on how accommodating the service was, and how I aesthetic the view of the whole place was. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserIt was a beautiful experience, every single person I’ve met left a positive impact on me , the concierges were extremely nice and helpful. I truly recommend others to come experience !!!
SShawna JGreat little place in Old San Juan. I canceled another booking to be in the heart of Old SJ. It was a good spot to stay. Not high end or fancy but clean and the staff was great. You are staying in a very old building but there was so much character and charm. I personally loved it for the 3 days I was there.
