Everything in perfect order. The Spa on the 14th floor is amazing, especially at sunset in the jacuzzi. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, the mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good There were some shortcomings, but these are trivial things, such as after checking out we received an exit card from the underground car park and the card did not operate the door between the hotel and the underground car park. We had to wait for someone to leave the car park and go to the hotel. We did not feel like going back to the reception and explaining the matter. We waited literally a minute and someone was leaving the car park and going to the hotel.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein 13-jähriges Kind. Das Bett unseres Sohnes war eine Katastrophe – sehr hart und unbequem. Es handelte sich nicht um ein richtiges Bett, sondern eher um ein Sofa, das aber als Schlafplatz für 3 Personen verkauft wird. Wir mussten 4 Decken unterlegen, damit es etwas erträglicher wurde. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass alle Zimmer so ausgestattet sind. Im Wellnessbereich gab es keine Handtücher. Man musste die Handtücher aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen, wodurch man anschließend im Zimmer keine mehr hatte. Der Boden im Wellnessbereich war sehr rutschig. Die Bademeister waren meist in ihrem Raum und beschäftigten sich mit ihren Handys. Nur am 02.04.2026 gab es einen Mitarbeiter, der wirklich aufmerksam war, ständig gearbeitet und aufgeräumt hat. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings musste man oft warten, bis ein Tisch frei und sauber war. In der Lobby konnte man sich abends kaum hinsetzen, da jeden Abend Live-Musik stattfand. Das Hotel war überwiegend von älteren Gästen (70+) besucht. Wir haben für unseren Sohn Essen im Hotelrestaurant bestellt (52 Złoty). Für den Zimmerservice von der 7. Etage in die 2. Etage wurden zusätzlich 50 Złoty berechnet, was wir als unangemessen empfinden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich und wirkte eher unhöflich.
