The place is nice and luxurious. A lot of amenities and a butler too. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates and cookies everyday. The buffet, afternoon tea and cocktail hour was so good too.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well. Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner. The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives. On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher. We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service. The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

Thank you, Holiday Inn Cebu. My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days. Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work. As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house. The staff is very friendly!! The room is quite clean!! The hotel area is easy to travel with the public transportation.

Nearby to Ayala Malls. Eateries are nearby. Near to services like laundromat, barber, massage, convenience shops and etc. Hotel staff from front desk to security personnel are showing good service to the guests.

Nice place to stay, although the room seems dark. But price wise it is good enough. Recommended for short stays / layover. I love the breakfast menu they offer

Radisson Blu Cebu made a strong impression on us from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu.

I had a great time staying in Tsai Hotel. The room was nice, I had the mountain view which is very cool to look at every morning. The room is clean and I'm amazed there's a mini ref I can use, something that wasn't available in the other hotels I've stayed.

All destination is for 19th floor. And then you transfer to the other elevator for 20 to 40. The best VIEW! We stayed at 2907 (29th floor). Choose the sea view. And you’ll wake up to the magnificent Mactan Channel and the the beautiful Cebu Skyline. Big beds, marble comfort rooms.

The place of the hotel is like the BGC in Metro Manila, their rooms meets my expectations specially the room 404 are way too spacious and specially I love the city view when night. But one thing I didn't like about the Richmond Plaza Hotel is when I had the Oslob Whaleshark Watching is I left my 24k Gold Earrings in my room and I didn't request for a room cleaning yet when I arrived they change my bedsheet and the trash has already been cleaned. That's how I know they enter my room without even the guest request and I immediately check my items specially the 24k Gold Earrings that I left and unfortunately my gold earrings are gone. So when I notice it right away I went to the front desk to raise the concern and on the next day morning the security and the head manager of the hotel response and talk to me about what happen they investigated it and even the housekeeping tried to search my room as if they tried to look around to see the earring but unfortunately its all gone they couldn't find it. The security and the head manager gave me a suggestion that if I ever wanted to file a complain(blotter) about the 2 housekeeping that clean my room, but I said to the security that I didn't want to file a complain specially that is a time consuming all I wanted is to rest on my room. But I also tell them that they should talk to the staff and have a briefing about of what happen in my situation, I didn't went to the police first of all I don't have a grudges on the housekeeping and also I don't want them to lose their job. I think that should be a lesson on that hotel. And I'm hoping that it should not be tolerated of such action in that incident. I even left a picture with date of the picture I took with earring that I still possess when I finally arrived at the hotel and picture of my last day of stay don't have earrings anymore. Honestly, that earrings is valuable because my mom gave it to me and also it ruins my outfit because it feels incomplete not having the 24k gold earrings anymore.
