Important Note About the Building
Please be informed that the building is newly constructed (turn over in 2024), and while it offers a modern living space, there are still some occasional issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances—especially during the typhoon season.
1. Unscheduled Power Interruptions:
At times, there may be unexpected power outages. In case this happens, guests may use the emergency power outlets in the hallway to charge their phones or small devices. I will provide a wire extension cord to make it more convenient.
2. Water and Heating During Outages:
Since the water heater runs on electricity, there will be no hot water during a power outage. However, I will provide a portable electric water heater (for heating water manually) for basic use like bathing.
3. Wi-Fi Access:
If the power is out in the unit, guests can go to the lobby area where Wi-Fi may still be accessible.
4. Water Supply Fluctuation:
Occasionally, especially after a power interruption, the water pressure may become weak. Please be patient and allow some time for the full supply to return. This is something beyond my control, but I will do my best to assist you during your stay.
5. If the elevator is not working, please use the exit stairs
These situations are not frequent but may happen, especially during typhoon season. I am doing my best to provide alternatives and ensure your comfort, and I truly appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
You get a really nice room to stay in plus a host who will be at your beck and call for all your needs. You can also cook in the unit. All in all it was a good stay and looking forward to booking again :)

If you’re traveling with family or a big group, this Manhattan hotel is actually a good option. The rooms are genuinely spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people, which is rare in NYC. ⚠️ Heads-up though: We had a small inconvenience with the Trip.com website as some of the information provided was incorrect. Good thing the issue was resolved and the refund is already in process. Lesson learned—call the hotel directly right after booking to confirm all details and avoid any awkward or humiliating moments during check-in. 🍽️ Food rating: 3/5 The meals were okay, but the tapa was more litid than meat, so don’t expect too much in that area. 🤝 Service rating: 4/5 Hotel staff were responsive and assisted us immediately whenever we needed help. Overall, great for space and family stays—just double-check your booking details to save yourself the stress.

The place is nice and convenient location. If you’re staying with friends or family and is looking for a budget friendly stay, then this place is perfect. The only thing is the parking space, we arrived late night and the guards wont let us park inside since the parking is full. Good thing we found a parking spot outside. Overall, our experience with this place is good. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK. We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required. For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal. We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area. Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online) 2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation) Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I'm I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually

Location is good. This is about right in front of the City Hall and very near to Burnham Park. There’s water dispenser in the hallways. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. I echo though the complaints of other guests about the water pressure. It is intermittent and will get you wet sometimes. Also hotel staff needs to tap their card everytime you have to get up to your floor which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, despite of the issues I mentioned, we still had a positive experience with this hotel and we’re looking forward in booking again with them.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They made my birthday extra special — upon check-in, I was surprised with a birthday greeting cake and a beautifully decorated room. It made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Their online messaging was very responsive, and they gladly granted all my requests. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, right in the city center. The beds are comfortable, and the room has been recently renovated. We stayed for 3 days. On the downside: the shower water was barely warm, the air conditioning was old, and the toilet was awful. It was also very noisy from the street as the window was thin. The staff, however, were very good.
GGuest User2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.
PPatricia TejanoWe had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.
112MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.
GGuest UserThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.
AAnonymous UserTravelite Legarda Hotel is a great choice for your Baguio getaway! Located in the heart of the city, it's a stone's throw away from Burnham Park and SM City Baguio. The hotel boasts 105 air-conditioned rooms with comfy amenities like free WiFi, cable TV, and bottled water .
Pros:
• Friendly Staff: Guests rave about the accommodating staff, making your stay super enjoyable.
• Central Location: Perfect spot to explore Baguio's attractions, like Session Road and the Baguio Cathedral.
• Amenities Galore: Enjoy a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
• Dining Options: Savor local and international cuisine at the Abacus restaurant or grab a coffee at the lobby cafe .
Cons:
• lack of basic amenities like bidets and refrigerators.
Overall, Travelite Legarda Hotel is a solid 3-star choice for exploring Baguio
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.
GGuest UserIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!
GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean Hotel, Room smells good, Easy to check in/out, Staffs were kind and welcoming. Wi-fi connection is good.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast Buffet Masarap yung food pero konti lng ung selection pag ngkataon puro pa pork/ beef sana may veggies and seafoods din. And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila
⭐️⭐️
Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊
Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.
GGuest UserThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
