Had a good balcony view with great amenities.

Always an impressive visit and stay. Gym was good and kept great. Service is always 10/10 on point. Breakfast seems to have quality improved a little over time. That is a ++ point. Loved my time at this hotel with the impressive location and access to things. Will surely be here again !!

The room with 2 queen size beds was great for a family of 4, with enough space for luggage as well. Location was convenient with multiple convenient stores and eateries nearby. The separated toilet and shower area was helpful in keeping things dry. Check in process was smooth, although they only accepted rm50 deposit in CASH. We came on a Saturday evening, so parking was a bit problematic - hopefully the hotel can have more assigned parking for the guests. Otherwise, we had a generally good stay here.

Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location. The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some.

Generally the cleanliness is acceptable and toilet is kept dry. Thing to feedback is the platform around the bed is a little dusty with strand of hairs, perhaps it is best to clean this area too. Staff is warm and welcoming, lots of food choices around the hotel, even for supper.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Location near to Mount Austin, Toppen Shopping mall and Aeon Tebrau. Overall are good, just the room not provided hair dryer, has to request from reception if you required.

Good location, easy check in and near to highway. Cheap than others hotel nearby

Service is excellent. Just that the playground is currently quite run down but I believe that its under maintenance.
