NNalaka WarnakulaClean big rooms. Standard marriot hotel room service. Buffet has a good spread but no variation across days. So you might get bored of it after the 2nd or third stay. No dental kit was given due to govt rules, ao bring your own.

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

AAnonymous UserFamily room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

GGuest UserOverall, it was clean and quiet at night. You could comfortably walk around barefoot, truly on par with a 5-star hotel! Due to environmental considerations, toiletries weren't provided. The front desk staff all spoke English and communication was very smooth, resolving any issues promptly. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese check-in guide, which was a thoughtful touch and absolutely wonderful!

GGuest UserThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

GGuest UserThe room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

GGuest UserIt's close to a lively area, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. However, for check-in, you need to call the front desk to get the building's access code. If you don't have a phone, please be aware of this.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too.
We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room. It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.
When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.

GGuest UserThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.

GGuest UserWow this was really bad. It smelled of smoke and wasn't clean at all. I had to use bleach to clean the entire bathroom because of strange dried substances on the wall. The surrounding area of the hotel is horrific with vomit from drunks all over the pavement and as you walk into the hotel entrance. It's disgusting. That alone prevents you from even walking inside.
