KKai.liuExcellent value for money! The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with smart temperature control and convenient curtains. GGuest UserI always stay here for business trips. It's very convenient, within walking distance of the subway station. They also have a public water dispenser, which is a must-have for Chinese people who like hot water. Now, the hotel even has a cash exchange machine. Everything is becoming more convenient, though the cleanliness in the corners still needs improvement.

AAKI_ApichhI stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.

The room was fairly large, but simple otherwise. There was a washer but no detergent. No dryer but there is a styler and a drying rack provided.
Small refrigerator. No kitchenette so no dishes, cups, or utensils.
The bathroom has a clear glass door so there is no privacy.
Overall, it was an average, clean hotel.

AAriunaa gHotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

KKay SomneukThe hotel is kind of old fashion and no view even though with window but necessary facilities and amenities are still provided. Walkable to AK Plaza malls and there're many kind of restaurants around. As I checked in quite late around over midnight, the receptionist helped proceeding my check-in easily within 5 mins. It's okay for short stay and if I only need a clean place to sleep. Prepare adapter with you as they might not have it for you to borrow at some case.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—close to many restaurants, a department store (which also has excellent eateries on the lower level), and the subway station. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor, which I believe is non-smoking. The noise level was minimal, and the staff were friendly. Tea, coffee, and bottled water are replenished upon request. There is also a free coffee machine on the ground floor.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

GGuest UserThe boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
