GGuest UserThe flight was delayed and we didn't arrive at the hotel until 9pm. The staff carefully arranged rice balls, fruits and desserts. The room was very clean. The breakfast and dinner the next day were very rich. I will arrange to bring my family to play again.

GGuest UserThe owners were very genuine and kind. Although they could not speak English, they really made sure we had everything we needed. Very traditional Japanese ryokan experience. The place is a little old but super clean and cute. Beautiful mountainview from the room. Would really recommend! Arigato gozaimasu.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. Their staffs service are awesome, friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Yumiko service is always smiling, approachable, helpful and kind, who served us 2 nights for our meals with compassion. Room was comfortable with delicious authentic Japanese meals send our room. Onsen hot bath was clean with nice mountain view. Highly recommended to stay in this Onsen Inn. Very quiet, peaceful and calm place to rest 👍🏻

GGuest UserI stayed at this hot spring hotel before going on the Oze trekking tour. The fact that there is a shuttle bus from Ueno to Jomo-Kogen Station at 2pm when taking the Shinkansen is a big plus (lol). I had to rush in the morning to get to Oze, but breakfast was scheduled for 7:30am. The service of moving it up to 7am was fantastic. I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
