GGuest UserThe location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful.
Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita .
Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well .
Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !

YYishibanshangjieshijianThe room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

GGuest UserThe hotel's airport shuttle bus is super convenient, stopping at stand 31-B at Terminal 2. When departing from the hotel, you can catch it right outside the new building. During peak hours, they'll even arrange for two buses to run.
Since it's so close to T3, I even saw people who couldn't wait for the shuttle just walking to T3 with their luggage.
The hotel's breakfast restaurant is huge, and even though it's packed every day, it's very well-organized. The Lawson convenience store on the first floor can get incredibly crowded at certain times in the evening.
On my last day, after breakfast, I took a stroll nearby. After passing the Tobu Hotel, crossing an intersection and then a river, I stumbled upon a small Inari shrine called Kaku Inari Jinja. It was a pleasant and interesting little detour.

Great shuttle service.
Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight
Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained.
Iron board provided and many hangers available
Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended
TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available
Overall experience is great.

BBabyKat CIOThank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.

Now for the negatives: The shuttle bus frequency is quite long; and they don't provide small, individual toiletries.

MMilixiaonvshiA bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.

LLohMKNarita Airport Immigration clearance took quite a long time ( mine was a full flight) and queue was long. Maybe because Narita still haven't implemented Automated Lane, Face verification, etc... which other well known airports have implemented. So it was a big stress to try to catch the hotel shuttle at 8.50 pm at Bus stop 16 outside.
Our room has a view of the Temple at Omotesando Street where we could walk 10 min to reach for shopping, food,...
Hotel Breakfast is good with great variety and worth to purchase.

GGuest UserIt was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.
