This relaxing pure Japanese-style hotel is situated in an area designated as a national hot spring by the Ministry of the Environment. The entire hotel offers views of the ocean. Meals are served in the guestrooms. null
The facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.
From the hot springs on the 4th floor of this hotel, guests can melt away the fatigue of their travels while enjoying a beautiful view of the calm seas of Kumihama Bay. null
The room was clean, but there was a bit of a peculiar smell, perhaps because there was dust between the air conditioners or because the building was old. But after sleeping for one night, I get used to it haha. Except for this point, all the staff return the translator, check it meticulously, and are very kind. When I couldn't eat because all the restaurants nearby were closed, they gave me cup noodles or drove me to the convenience store in front of the station. It's kind of creepy when you go out into the hallway at night. I went there on the first day when there was thunder and lightning, but then I was so scared that I almost peed... But for me, it was a different experience, so it was nice. And the breakfast wasn't bad. I ate deliciously. The end result wasn't bad at all. It was nice to have a unique Japanese feel. There is no place to eat nearby, so you have to buy it in advance. I went to Kamai and Yuhigaura beaches, and they were pretty. All the staff were kind and nice.

AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb.
There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable:
1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey.
2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever.
3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence.
If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.
GGuest UserWe really liked the beauty of the place, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly hall staff, and so you can really relax. The Breakfast was really delicious. This hotel is a highly recommended.
GGuest UserThis place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. The meals at the various restaurants were delicious and accompanied by stunning views of the hills and sea. We had such a restful time here that we would definitely wish to return.
GGuest UserVery good hotel
Highly recommended, you must choose one berth and two foods
Dinner is a pine leaf crab set meal, we two eat, but the whole set meal is enough for three people, each important to eat more Hang Seng first experience
Please clean the room and the hot spring is very comfortable
👍
JJIYAOThe breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !
GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪
TTranber3637I had a wonderful stay at Amino Guesthouse Bench. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, which really makes the place special. The guesthouse is very clean, comfortable, and well located, just a short walk from the beach.
Amino is a lovely village, especially in winter if you’re looking for calm, quiet, and a real sense of rest away from crowded places. I truly loved the atmosphere and my time there.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.
SSu MingQuiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food.
We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner.
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
The only disappointing points were:
1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). This is a matter of morals on the part of the customer, so it can't be helped.
2. Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation.
3. When I checked out, the charge for a chuhai that I hadn't ordered was added to the bill. I noticed this and asked for a breakdown, but as a foreigner, it was difficult for them to understand.
If possible, wouldn't it be better to show me the breakdown along with the price before paying?
The food and the staff's service were very pleasant and I wanted to come back, but it was disappointing that it was followed by ② and ③.
ママイペースThe meal was delicious.
The staff at the restaurant was very good.
The room was large and the futon was comfortable.
The refrigerator is shared, so I feel like I'm training a little.
The surroundings are dark at night.
