Hotels near Ishidan-gai Steps, Shibukawa

Omori has a rich history as a Ryokan. The interior is homely and vintage! Like it’s frozen in time in the 1980s. The lounge has a panoramic view of Mount Akagi and several other mountain ranges. you can sip sake or wine from paid dispensers while you find your zen. The Level 8 outdoor bath is awesome and spacious. Views are awesome and the air is refreshing. Omori is right next to the Ikaho bus station as well as the Ikaho Ropeway. Just a 5mins walk to the stone steps as well. Even though the nearest Kombini (Famimart) is a 15 minute walk away, they have their own minimart. Breakfast was well crafted with hand-picked local Gunma produce. Awesome!!!

Very clean and tidy. Room as pictured. Staff lovely... thank goodness for google translate. Private hot pools great...large. You had to get in quick as no booking - but good sysyem on co.outer to see when free. I American breakfast good (except tomato sauce ON tge omelette). Omelette was light and fluffy. Only about 10 minutes walk to the steps.

We were arranged the smoking room, which was unexpected. With the help and the assist of Trip.com cs team and the translate of lǐhǎi yáng. We are promptly upgrade the room to newly decorated. Amazing hospitality, rooms with great mountain views, and incredible food. The hosts were very accommodating to our special meal request. The onsen was also fantastic.

Kinchoro is the more exclusive wing of Fuikuichi. The rooms come sight private onsen and it’s similar to most 10 tatami rooms. The service from the staff is good. They are almost invisible when you don’t need them but will magically appear when you need help, during meal times and check in/out time. The food unfortunately seem to be so so only. I didn’t find it spectacular, and in fact fringing on being a bit too inventive. Otherwise, all okay.

Had a great stay in Mimatsukan. The staff are great, incredibly friendly and great service. The woman who checked me in gave some great recommendations for local food spots. The room was great and I had a delicious breakfast to go with it. Location of the ryokan is fantastic, minutes away from the bus stop and a short walk away from the onsen steps. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ikaho

The stuff is very friendly and place is easy to find. The room is a smoking room because it’s a bit hard to differentiate to book at the very beginning. The place is very value for stay. Reasonable price for tons of service provided.

The location is excellent, directly opposite the Ikaho Onsen Ishidan Street, with a convenience store across the street. There's parking, but only a few spaces. The rooms are clean, and there's an elevator. However, there aren't always staff in the lobby, so check-in can be quite long, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room is big and beautiful.The hotel is near in Ikaho onsen.Dinner and Breakfast is delicious.i would  say is good value for stay with hot spring.
