This is a self service guesthouse but they give a very clear guideline for you to check in smoothly. The toilet and bathroom is not attached with the room but still I feel comfortable to use it as it is very clean. Also, I feel safe even my luggage was stored in the first floor. They have cctv installed in the store room. Two things need to take note 1- Always check your email as they will send you a form to fill up only you will receive your room password. 2- Use JR line to reach Narita Station instead of Keisei Line because from Keisei Narita station to guesthouse is way further and the road is super narrow.

Arrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station. Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too. Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel. They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.

It is really a great hotel at and an affordable rate. If you have a flight the next morning or have an over-night layover it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the room amenities include slippers, a robe, toiletries, and a kettle. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is helpful. They used to have an onsite onsen but not anymore which is why I took a star off for their facilities. There is a 7-11 downstairs. They are near parks and a nice shrine. The airport shuttle is convenient. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again if we had a layover or an early flight just for the convenience.

We stayed at this hotel during the last day of our road trip Due to our rent car already return, this hotel provide free of charge shuttle bus to the airport (very on time) Around the hotel you got 30 min walk distance to Narita plane take off sight seeing small outlet and about 50 min walk to Aeon Narita shopping mall The hotel got all facilities you need, sauna, fitness, meeting room, family mart 24 hours, and good price of buffet for BF, L, DN We booked room for 4 which is considered large, still got enough space to open our 4 big luggage Bathroom got all needed amities you could ask for up to cleansing oil, toner and facial cream Only one curious thing was ”no bell staff” i think the hotel got limited manpower So you have to manage your luggage to your room All others are great, highly recommend if you need to stay near Narita air port

The hotel is conveniently next to Keisei Barita station. Just remember to take the escalators going down to the street level where the hotel is; Google Maps directly me to a much longer route which was a waste of time. The hotel room is smallish in size; not sure if it is normal for this area. Cleanliness is very good despite the hotel on the aged side (based on the room setup/ deco). Breakfast was small spread but definitely good enough. Special mention about this blended drink of Pumpkin and Soy Milk, nice! Rates wise it is more competitive compared to the other immediate hotels so I won’t mind staying there again.

Close to train station. Exit at west side . Public bus stop nearby . Have a family mart and 7-11 nearby ..free shuttle bus to airport in the morning . I arrived noon time so I put my luggage with the reception and went out for lunch.I did not buy breakfast because I have to catch my flight around 10,,.. The cost of 1000 yens is really good price. When I came back around 4, my luggage was already sent to my room . The kettle was already heated with warm water . Basic amenities provided in the room .A little drawback may be sound proof .. fortunately my neighbour room was pretty noiseless at night

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport. After landing, I was picked up by a shuttle bus at platform 33 in Terminal 2 and arrived at the hotel smoothly. It's a large property with excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly. I was lucky enough to be checked in by a ********* girl at the front desk. They kindly stored my two large suitcases for free for 15 days, which was a huge relief and really took the burden off my Japan trip planning. Such thoughtful service! I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again for my last night in Japan. Even without Japanese or English, communication wasn't an issue, and the hygiene was also very good. It's super convenient for getting around; attractions are within walking distance, and the nearby supermarket even offers discounts on sashimi and set meals after 6 PM, which is a great deal.

We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

MMikubiA hidden gem in the city that's a healing haven – I could stay at this hotel countless times! I stumbled upon this treasure during a business trip, and it's immediately made it onto my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list. I just have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a server proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I walked through the lobby doors, I was impressed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was a gentle jazz. Even the few minutes I waited to check in felt relaxing; none of that crowded, chaotic feeling you get at other hotels. My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's central park. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honey color, and at night, the warm, soft lighting was never harsh. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. The handwriting was a bit crooked, but it was incredibly heartwarming. This kind of understated thoughtfulness is a hundred times more pleasant than any flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and a weekend city 'micro-vacation.' I've already recommended it to colleagues who frequently travel for business. GGuest UserI had an early morning flight the next day, so I chose to stay at the Toyoko Inn near the airport the night before. I was surprised by how many guests were checking in that evening! There aren't any restaurants nearby, so everyone ended up at the supermarket on the first floor. It was packed, and I waited in line for 30 minutes just to check out.

GGuest UserI had a layover on my way back home and decided to spend a few days in Japan. This hotel, my first stop, was fantastic! Not only was the shuttle bus convenient, but the room was also spacious and incredibly quiet. The bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The convenience store downstairs had everything I needed, and the view from the window was lovely. All in all, I was very satisfied and immediately booked another stay for my layover next month. Tobu Airport Hotel is highly recommended, mainly because of its convenient location. It was super easy to take the subway from Terminal 2 to nearby Chiba Prefecture.

BBabyKat CIOThank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.

To airport- wait outside the lobby in front of the bus stop sign on the road.
From airport terminal 2 - look for bus stop number 27. Then it’ll stop to terminal 1 before going to the hotel around 10-15 mins drive with light traffic.
Easy check in and out, bring an id for confirmation of identity.
A daily convenience store in the lobby can use an electric microwave just tell the staff. Tho the products are limited cuz it’s a small store.
Good For those who want to just stay inside the hotel, it’s kinda far from other leisure activities like mall unless you go to Narita airport and transfer to trains.

GGuest UserIt was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

HHearMeRoarAs clean as it gets for a dated hotel. Truly needs refurbishment. Location is alright, shuttle bus provided for town access. Service as expected of Japanese hotel standard. Nice hotel garden with onsen. However please note, this is the first 4-star hotel that provided me with only 2 pillow for my room. Additional pillow requires charges. Though I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids.
