"Good location, nearby fukui station, lot of restaurants surronding. Room was very clean, exceptionally clean in bathroom, with plenty of space, but the design was not quite making good use of space. The hotel provides free late night snack at restaurant and welcome snacks & drinks in room."

"Upon entering, staff will help you wipe your luggage. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hairdryers in the large public bath are top-of-the-line Refa salon-grade. You can even have the bath private at 11 PM. Complimentary buckwheat noodles are served at 9:00 PM (or 9:30 PM?), which is a great deal for dinner if you pair it with some supermarket fried chicken you bought yourself. It's only a 5-minute walk from the cherry blossom viewing spot, Ashiwagawa Yukibashi. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is right by the station, front desk is on second floor, and there’s only one lift so it’s a bit of a wait. Their double room is very spacious and would totally recommend it. Also, room rate includes breakfast which is great, totally not expecting the variety offered for free."

"Location is very near Fukui Station and there is on site parking for our rental car. Room is so big compared to Japan standards . There is also TaQbin service for luggage. Beds were comfortable"

"Although it is a small hotel, the environment is very good and convenient, and it is very convenient to do things in the city. I would like to make a reservation next time. It happened to be the cherry blossom season. You can see the cherry blossoms in full bloom from the window, the blue sky, the cherry blossoms in the breeze, the spring in Hokuriku is so beautiful."

MMUATWEEI am very impressed with the Hotel Route-Inn Fukui Ekimae. The place is very near the Fukui station. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of international and Japanese cuisine. It's very surprised that the hotel provides kid amenities including the kid book corner. If I have a chance to re-visit Fukui, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

However, the location is still convenient, with several big restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, making it easy to find food and other necessities. Another highlight of my stay was the friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel with great service, and you have a car, this is an excellent choice for a ski trip!

SSmO46The parking lot directly below the hotel was full, but I was able to park about 30 seconds away by foot. There was a parking sign in front of the hotel, so I didn't get lost. I was surprised at how clean the bath was. It was also spacious enough. I felt warm and fuzzy when I saw the message card on the table. I was very satisfied with my trip to Fukui, so I will definitely use this facility again when I come back. It may have just been my room, but the air conditioning was a little weak, making it a little difficult to sleep at night.

IION CHONGThe location is really beautiful, opposite is the unbeatable sea view. It is a small Japanese-style hotel with old equipment, but it also has a unique flavor. You can go fishing and process it. On check-in day we were the only foreigners here.

GGuest UserIt's a bit far from the JR station, but within walking distance. It's also very close to Fukui Castle and several shrines, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel itself is quite old, and the facilities are a bit dated. The front desk lady was very friendly, and considering the price, it's a good value, making it a good place for a solo traveler.
