This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

I recently stayed at the NH Milano Fiera and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located next to the Fiera Milano exhibition center, which makes it an excellent choice for business travelers. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed, with a nice view and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, both sweet and savory, and the staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. The lobby and restaurant areas are stylish and well maintained. The only small downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but public transportation connections are quite good, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend NH Milano Fiera for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service near the exhibition area.

The hotel is excellent. The first receptionist and check-out staff spoke standard English, but the second receptionist had a stronger accent. I'm Chinese, and I didn't find the Italian food to my liking, but I still received excellent and attentive service. The hotel's biggest drawback is that it's in the suburbs. The area is very quiet, with good soundproofing, and I slept well. However, if a hotel this good were in a better location, the price wouldn't be so low. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and when the hotel doesn't provide meals, we can buy them on our own. The hotel is absolutely perfect, though it's a shame there aren't slippers or toothbrushes.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on. My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes). Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here because of our experience with the service and everything else. The hotel is truly lovely and truly lives up to its star rating. We stayed here around mid-August, in a double room with two single beds. This was the only room type available. We stayed mostly to take our daughter to the pool. We didn't have high expectations, but as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind concierge, Eleonora, who immediately greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and quiet, despite the hotel being full on those dates. The pool is also clean and looks new. Cocktails are available from the hotel's own platter. The breakfast buffet was also varied (with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), as well as pastries, cakes, etc. The cleaning staff were gracious and always smiling. The breakfast room staff was also very helpful. It's rare to see this kind of hospitality in hotels. I'd also add slippers to the room amenities, which are really useful and appropriate for a hotel of this category. Finally, the free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and rooms, and is quite fast, allowing for perfect browsing. Overall, an excellent hotel, highly recommended. It offers plenty of space for both adults and children, making it a great place to spend a relaxing holiday or short stay. The staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We arrived very late to the hotel. It was a bit of town, though. But the breakfast which starts at 7am and ends at 10am, was fantastic, we had a lot of varieties to eat. There was the breakfast option for the early checkout guest which starts at 5 am. Our room for 3 was spacious and clean. Hot water available, room all set up for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. It's a hotel i would love to stay always if i have something to do in that location. But am a tourist and needed to be in the city centre.
