They couldn't find our reservation. Very bad administration. We had to wait 30 minutes till they find our reservation and they even didn't apologize. Staff is friendly.

was on a business visit and due to unexpected rush in city , checked in to the property which is in a great location and picturesque architecture with colourful peacocks and squirrels all around. with lushy green meadows and mangoes hanging all around it was great , but disturbed my sleep , honestly I'm not accustomed to noises as living always in high rise , sound proof apartments , and was bit tired of seeing few lizards 😅 which is not my close friends. But might be a good place for holiday seeking guys with a pool bar in greens and nice and warm staff taking care of you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel karan violas in kota, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations! this was my first visit to the hotel, and i was thoroughly impressed by the unique theme that runs throughout the property. From the moment i stepped in, i was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and courteous, and checked me in quickly and efficiently. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities i needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. But what really sets hotel karan violas apart is its unique theme. I loved the attention to detail and the way the theme was carried through every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the staff uniforms. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which were delicious and authentic. Overall, i would highly recommend hotel karan violas to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in kota. I will definitely be back!

Nice building, decent light and good ventilation. Hot water is available in bathroom. Furnishings are nice and bed is clean, receptionist is polite

Booked for family. We were shifted to another hotel of the same group which was recently constructed . It had mosquitoes in the room and after repeated requests a repellant was provided. No restaurant in the new place . Had to order food from outside. Breakfast was given at the old hotel and it was good.

The hotel staff at that night was drunk even after many times he has not given me 1 water even and i was whole night without water bathroom was without hot water and with bucket they provide me hot water all toilet system were faulty tv was not working as it was not charged with subscription even request to room changed staff argued too much and my room was not changed although almost 80 % rooms were vacant pathetic and terrible.

Easy check in, rooms were as they are in images. Outside food is not allowed and their food prices are high as f (exa-water bottle-60rs. Rooftop bar gives a very pleasant vibe, though only beer wasn't overpriced. Tv wasn't recharged, refrigerator wasn't working too. Night lamps weren't working. We were told you will get a room with balcony though it was very small to say it a balcony. Mosquito problem. Room was big, washroom was also clean.

The room was average and comfortable. The staff was also okay, room service need to be improved. The best part is location, it is nearer to all-en sankalp and also other coaching.
