I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.

Great hotel for a staycation, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The rooms were clean. Definitely will go back again. They have very good authentic fine dining Chinese and Indian restaurants on site. Prebooking is must if you plan to dine in there.

The hotel, situated behind Taj Mahal Palace, is convenient for exploring Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway and the colonial district. The impressive CSMVS Museum (formerly known as Prince of Wales Museum of Western India) and Vidhan Bhavan metro station (with metro service to/from Mumbai airport) is within 15 minute walking distance. Thanks to Gateway of India, the area around the hotel has very heavy traffic in the afternoon and evening. (If taking a cab to the hotel in the afternoon or evening, you may be stuck in traffic for a long time.) My room is on the 2nd floor and there was quite of lot of traffic noises from the streets. Thankfully the traffic noises died down by 11pm/midnight and the area remained quiet till the morning. My room was clean and comfortable, with decent wifi and complimentary morning newspapers. Electrical sockets in the room accept India 3 round pins, UK 3 square pins, EU 2 rounds pin, etc. Breakfast (available from 7am to 10am) has a small selection of Indian and English items. Staffs that I encountered were polite and efficient. There is a lift/elevator but it's very small (with room for only 2-3 people) so I took the stairs most of the time. My only complaint is that my room was very close to the housekeeping room and the phone in the housekeeping room rang frequently. (Once the phone rang at 4am and nobody picked up.) Nevertheless my stay was generally pleasant, due to the very convenient location.
