It’s a lovely hotel with a great location. Breakfast was good and so was the ambience. The staff are all friendly and helpful too!

The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that it was so beautiful. The building is old and that can be seen on the interior of the room, which could need a few repairs done, but it is very clean and very comfortable. They have an awesome outdoor pool and they also have a sauna and hot springs, but they were not working for some reason when I was there. It is also family friendly since they have playgrounds for children. The service is simply brilliant and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely go there again if I have the chance

There is a comfortable terrace for smoking smoki The staff are friendly and ready to serve Hot water flowing Very close to the CFD area Opposite the hotel there is a food stall so eating is safe There is a wedangan jadoel in front of the hotel which is always busy Negative: I came to the room and was greeted by several dead lizards There is no cupboard so bags and clothes are placed on a small table Got 2 chairs but 1 was wobbly and needed to be repaired I was there for 3 days and was only given 2 bottles and 2 towels No renewal of towels & additional complimentary bottles of mineral water The room I stayed in from morning was not cleaned / tidied up again Hopefully it will become evaluation material for tourist mandalas Thank you 🙏

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.
