GGuest UserThe location is strategic for eating, but it's a pity that it's dirty like it's rarely swept. The towels are also not absorbing wet. So uncomfortable. The towels are not clean and musty. The bed sheet is dirty with many stains.

GGuest UserHommy's place to stay. Excellent service, friendly FO clerk. Very clean. Clean white bed sheet and towels. Hot water flows fast. Toiletries are complete, there is hairdryer. A pot of hot water, sugar and tea are provided. Anyway, it's very comfortable 🙏❤️

AAnonymous UserDari tahun ke tahun, keluhan utama sy adalah wifi yg tdk mumpuni. Di unit manapun (karena sy sdh cukup sering stay di Bukit Jaya) wifinya on off/sering disconnected. *****tara sinyal HP juga lemah di area Bukit Jaya.
Entah kapan pihak manajemen Hilltops akan menyikapi serius keluhan ini.
Untuk para penjaganya (mas Aris, Kusdi & Raffi), semua ramah & helpful.👍

NNoor Khalidah Abdul HamidThe unit is equipped with appliances but not functioning because low voltage supply. The fridge was off, anything using electricity apart from basic charging is risk for power trip. Good thing, water heater is good and the airconditioning. Wifi not functioning as well
